What travellers are saying
- Cristina PCluj-Napoca, Romania1 contributionI attended a few of Vidhi's yoga classes and really enjoyed his teaching style. He takes his time to explain everything and focuses on preparing the body for meditation which is part of each class at the end.
I also had a chakra healing session with him. Before the session I felt very overwhelmed by many heavy emotions and anxieties. After a few days I started feeling better and the emotions and thoughts became much lighter, like they were far away somehow and didn't bother me so much.
I really recommend his classes and therapy sessions to anyone.Written 15 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Ricardo841 contributionI came from US and my experience in India was greatly enhanced by Bodsphere in my journey.

Located in a quiet residential area--off the tourists' beaten path, Hith is a great place to land. Many styles of yoga are practiced here, allowing you to choose what most suits you. It's an attractive and spacious studio that's conducive to getting back into your practices while traveling
While I was there two other long-time desi visitors told me how very pleased they were with Hith over many months.Written 11 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Jean michel cParis, France2 contributionsForeign resident in India for many years I regularly visit Ayurveda Kendra at Dr Sudha’ clinic in Delhi. We may believe or not in Ayurveda’s virtues but I can assure you that after a session of 7 treatments You can bid adieu to any joints pain and have an amazing feel good factor for following months. I am in fact doing similar treatment at least every year to avoid over 55 years old expected arthritis and it works. The therapists are very well trained and professional. Last but not least: a massage at 4 hands with hot oil is simply awesome.Written 14 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
