The food was ok but already covered in the price so not a big fuss
Cons: only one site is for snorkeling we were expecting more, considering it is a snorkeling trip.

I think she did a great job leading us especially considering she had to wrangle 45 adults which was very impressive. - E KammererCincinnati, OH7 contributionsWe had an incredible experience. Flavio, our guide was friendly, helpful, funny and very knowledgeable about Rio and Brazil. He made us feel very welcome in the city he loves. We spent the day with him and felt it was well worth the money for a private tour. Our driver was great (I do not remember his name), he knew all the back streets to avoid traffic and always found us a parking place or drop off place nearby. Even though Christ the Redeemer ended up being closed that day, Flavio filled the day with other activities. He then helped us get tickets for the following day.
Even after our tour ended, Flavio continued to communicate with us all week during our stay. He continued to provide helpful information and even made dinner reservations for us. He went above and beyond just being our guide for the day. He has become our friend and I look forward to sharing and communicating with him when we get back home. He taught us several Portuguese words which helped us during our entire stay. We highly recommend this tour and hopefully if you are fortunate, you will Flavio for your guide.

Our tour guide, Aline Gomes, and driver, Silvio, were wonderful, and Aline was great at explaining the history of Petrópolis and the places we visited. The tour is also very well organised with plenty of information available and the team is very responsive and helpful - they have the tour available in English, Portuguese and Spanish. I would definitely use the company again in the future for any tours in Rio de Janeiro. - GordodryMethil, UK300 contributionsWe were the only couple on today's tour so it was very nice to have our own guide and driver. The botanic gardens are amazing and the knowledge of our guide was first class, the ticket office was painfully slow and when we eventually got to the desk we were delighted to get seniors discount. The amazing waterfall in the forest was unbelievable. We saw some wild life and then headed back to our hotel passing by some spectacular scenery. We tried contacting the company through the TripAdvisor platform and also called their business number several times with no answer. I also forgot my phone in the van, but the team quickly recovered it and ensured I got it back. - Sandeep Kumar S1 contributionThe tour was well organized and the view of the crystal waters of Angra dos reis e ilha grande was breathtaking. The tour operator was bilingual a d spoke in English too which was really appreciated. We were picked up from our doorstep and taken to Angra dos reis, the islands were amazing. Two things that could have been better are - the washroom in the boat was not cleaned, it would be really helpful especially for women if the washroom could have been cleaned and the buffet included in the trip was given very late and the vegetarian or vegan options were very limited. - Thomas P13 contributionsHands down this was the best tour guide I’ve ever had! Camilla was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. And the delicious food… I think I gained five pounds! Not only did we eat out way through Rio, but we saw so much along the way, too. We went to so many places. We took walks, taxis and a ride on the subway. A full day of food and fun.
