Carla had been the carnival queen in 2020 and taught us all the steps which we tried to master. Communication was through WhatsApp from time of booking with a video of how to get there in the shopping centre which was cute and very helpful. Lovely personal touch with having our country flag of Scotland and we all got dressed up in the samba attire for photo opportunity which gave a perfect end to a perfect activity while visiting Rio. She was spot on, from the moment we contacted him and his team, booking our tours, dealing with bad weather and the actual tours we did with him, everything went so well!
Thales is a kind, expert, safe guide, we had an amazing time with him at Pedra da Gavea and also Dois Irmaos. He was patient with the kids, told jokes, and our hikes were the highlights of our trip to Rio in July.

Our first time to multi pitch but thanks to our Guide Igor we are confident to our climb. He is a knowledgeable guide. - Matej GPrague, Czech Republic211 contributionsThe best climbing experience with Rafael in Rio! We climbed to the top of Morro da Banilônia and I learned a lot about this sport. Rafael explained to me all kind of techniques to ascend and descend with ATC and how to belay a climbing partner.
