- Valdirene K2 contributionsMust say that I was skeptical at first with their bookings since I didn't receive any confirmation email with my trip details and that made me uneasy, however, on the day of the trip they reached out and were very accommodating and worked with us due to a flight cancellation. They were at the airport on time, had the company uniform on, and were extremely kind.

Why it took me so long to find Eugenio (Tour guide) and Alexandre (Driver) is beyond me. We had a group of 8 people for our 4 day trip to Rio and were easily transported in a clean and spacious multi-person van. Eugenio was spot on with our communication for our flights and did not miss a detail due to our varying arrival times. Eugenio is extremely knowledgeable and provided great recommendations on how to best maximize our time in Brazil. We used the company for a round-trip transfer from the Argentina airport in Iguazu Falls to the Brazil side of the Falls where we were staying. First, I screwed up. I booked the wrong dates for our transfers. I only realized the mistake when I was contacted the day of the transfer (the wrong day) by I South America to confirm our pickup later that day. I was able to make the correction and I South America accommodated the change with no hassles. It was an added bonus that he took pictures for me with his professional cameras and sent them to me afterwards. - Medina A1 contributionOur Driver was amazing! We hired him as our personal driver for 5 days while in Rio de Janeiro. They were even able to provide a armored vehicle. Our driver was very good! On time, always there when we needed to go. Very safe. Very kind.
