- Omar HCyberjaya, Malaysia2 contributionsGreat service however the app does not display the real time schedule anymore making it harder to plan trips. Appreciate if this can be rectified.Written 20 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- CuppyCakesSingapore, Singapore43 contributionsTravelled twice with Aeroline this time. SG-KL and KL-PNG. Was quite a breeze checking-in, just show QR code and off we go. Captain for both trips were helpful with the bags. Mineral water, food and a cup of hot drink provided. Each seat equipped with entertainment with headsets and charging points. I have no issues with the SG-KL bus. Bus seat was very comfy. Plush soft leather with foot rest but I was surprise to see the seat for KL-PNG is different from SG-KL. The KL-PNG bus was made of fabric and no foot rest, hence both feet was rather wabbly after a 5hr trip. Fabric seat was quite dusty and I developed allergy on my journey. I wish all of Aeroline buses are the same as the ones the use for SG-KL.Written 2 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - R3388OOlindah1 contributionWe had lots of fun this tour as a group of girls! Our driver was super friendly and knowledgable, making sure we were aware of the do's and dont's of each stop. He also got us to each location quickly and gave us plenty of time to enjoy ourselves. Our first stop at the temple was beautiful and we got some great pics. Our second stop was definitely a highlight, since we got to feed and interact with monkeys hands on. Lots of laughs taking pictures with them on our shoulders! Dinner was a good portion and decent for price. Lastly, the trip out to see the fireflies was unforgettable and a bonus to watch the sunset on the lake!Written 23 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Karthikeyan KSingapore, Singapore118 contributionsWe recommend this Skybus for commuting from KLIA-2 to KL-Sentral and also back. Each trip cost MYR 12 for individual. Travel time is from 50 min and above depending on the traffic. Very comfortable journey and free wifi.
You need to find a way to get to "GATEWAY" in KLIA-2 airport after immigration, as the airport direction boards are not user friendly. Same for getting from KL-Sentral
to KLIA-2 airport. The location to the ticket booth is not properly put up and no sign boards. Just remember the location where you got down in KL-Sentral when coming from the airport. The same location is for boarding the shuttle to go to the airport.Written 4 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Next time it would be better to buy the ticket to johor and then get off at larkin and take a bus to Singapore.Written 30 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Coastal668377892711 contributionThe bus is great, but the staff at our particular place (awana genting highlands bus stop) were so rude and didn’t direct us properly.Written 11 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Nona ZinkravitzKuala Lumpur, Malaysia2 contributionsBus 1am Singapore time - arrive 2am. 3.30am at Tuas highway and lastly arrive
Kl at 9 am. The worst experience. 8 hours from Singapore to Kl Sentral. Missed my train.
On top of that bus condition is terrible, smell like gasoline and dirty.
Have another interchanged bus at Tuas.Written 11 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The staffs did not even told us that there was gonna be a delayed fo more than an hour firstly and when we asked them how long were the bus be arriving and their response was shortly which = an hour later. There were three receptionist at the counter but none could be even bother to at least have the courtesy to inform.
It was our first time to take this bus, and it totally was a horrific one for us. Cause the basic customer service was just a tremendous dissapointment, where we waited for an hour plus delayed bus; with no information being told to us about it.Written 18 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kenneth TSingapore, Singapore2 contributionsI recently took a Neoliner Express bus (number plate registered number VCQ2003) on July 18, 2024, at 3:30 pm, departing from Johor Larkin Bus Terminal to KL TBS, and it was a terrible experience. The Malay driver was smoking inside the air-conditioned bus cabin throughout the journey. The entire bus was filled with an extremely bad smell from the smoke, making it unbearable. This was my first time using Neoliner Express, and it will definitely be my last. The driver's service attitude was awful, and we had difficulty breathing due to the smoke. I do not recommend this bus service to anyone.Written 28 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- mcdonaldjosephNewcastle, Australia8 contributionsAfter travelling 1/2 way with fever using his phone, talking and texting he stopped at a truck stop-service centre for a smoke of his pipe. Back on the road was similar to the first section, talk and text. After stopping at KLIA1 heading to KLIA 2 the driver lit up his pipe while driving. Obviously the no smoking sign is not for him!🤢Written 21 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
