Gua Tempurung and Putrajaya hotel. He is kind, helpful, recommend sightseeing near the rout, drive safely. Easy booking via the whatsapp chat integrated in their website.
Pickup Time and place were clearly communicated. Price was ckear and fixed. No Bargening, no unexpected extra cost.
Driver Mr Kay was friendly and funny. He asked us about our preferrences, and changed the tour accourding to our needs. Really great tour. The ride was smooth, and the driver is excellent, I gave him the token, and he took us (couple) right up to the hotel lobby, offloaded my suitcases. Safe clean private vehicle with polite guide/driver. Showed us the sights during our short visit.

I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service they provided. Mr KC Chin as our driver and tour guide has been very responsive and informative from our initial contact from June 2024 till the last drop-off on 4 Jan 2025.
He helped to plan our itinerary and to select area of accommodation to stay. The entire experience was seamless and hassle-free.
The vehicle provided was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. KC was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the route. He always arrived on time and helped with our luggages which made the entire experience stress-free.
We had a very smooth ride and felt safe and secure throughout the journey.
We would definitely recommend KL Transport to anyone looking for reliable and affordable transportation. In addition, three complete day tours in and from Kl (Batu Caves, FRIM, Melakka, Putrayava) and as well two day tours at Penang (Kek Lok Si temple, Penang Hill, Penang national park). Saiful was very reliable, friendly and a excellent driver and guide. You can order a taxi by using this app. It takes a pic of you and when you order you get a pic of the driver, their name and the price you need to pay. It sends the location to your driver and you just enter your destination. - R3388OOlindah1 contributionWe had lots of fun this tour as a group of girls! Our driver was super friendly and knowledgable, making sure we were aware of the do's and dont's of each stop. He also got us to each location quickly and gave us plenty of time to enjoy ourselves. Our first stop at the temple was beautiful and we got some great pics. Our second stop was definitely a highlight, since we got to feed and interact with monkeys hands on. Lots of laughs taking pictures with them on our shoulders! Dinner was a good portion and decent for price.
