Not sure if it was good value or not as didnt research before the purchase. We were advised to go around sunset to get the day and night view, however we went around 5pm. There was a lot of people there. We had a 40 minute wait to go on the sky box. Lucky for us we got on before the lightening started and everyone was evacuated. Over all a fabulous view and a worthwhile experience.
Found out after we hiked up the hill that there was a courtesy bus that went every 15 minutes. Odd that it's listed as a separate attraction though. I visited back in Feb before everything shut down and got to walk across it as part of the tour. From the bridge you can't see much of the two buildings, but you can look down and see KLCC Park, which is pretty cool.
