Great rooftop bar - perfect views 360 degrees - good music and friendly staff. Drinks quite good. Prices exaggerated but you know before and can decide. I would go for it again.

We reserved a table here with views of the Petronas towers, and it did not disappoint.

There are a good choice of drinks at reasonable prices. Easy to order via a QR code and delivered straight to your table. Food was standard, nothing amazing but I had already looked at the menu so knew it was bar snack type food.

We were planning to stay for a second drink however a loud DJ set started about 9.15pm which changed the ambience for us. If you like loud dance/R&B then I'm sure it would be a great atmosphere.

Overall we came for the view and that was enjoyable. The prices were reasonable and not extortionately inflated due to the view. Definitely somewhere I would recommend to see the view but not necessarily for the food.

Stepping into Susie Wong in Kuala Lumpur is like stepping into a movie set—one filled with dimly lit glamour, vintage Oriental decor, and a splash of speakeasy mystique. This is not your typical bar; it’s a fusion of classic Asian charm and modern-day fun, where every corner offers something unexpected.

The vibe at Susie Wong is truly one-of-a-kind. With its rich red velvet curtains, intricate lanterns, and walls adorned with old-school Asian movie posters, the place feels like a 1940s opium den—if opium dens served killer cocktails and hosted DJ nights. The entire space oozes character, making it the kind of spot where you can’t help but reach for your phone to snap a few pictures.

Now let’s talk about the drinks. The cocktail menu here is an adventure on its own. The bartenders at Susie Wong are serious about their craft, shaking up concoctions that are not just Instagram-worthy, but also dangerously delicious. Expect bold flavors and playful presentations, from the spicy Chili Margarita to the refreshing Lychee Martini. The cocktails are as eclectic as the decor, making each sip feel like an experience. Pro tip: try the signature Susie Wong cocktail for a blend of flavors as complex as the venue itself.

And the fun doesn’t stop at the drinks! The entertainment is a mix of live performances, cabaret-style shows, and upbeat DJ sets that keep the energy high. The performers bring an element of surprise to the night, whether it’s a sultry burlesque number or an energetic dance routine. The whole experience feels a little bit like a Gatsby party with an Asian twist—glitzy, glamorous, and full of life.

The crowd at Susie Wong is a lively mix of locals and expats, all soaking up the whimsical ambiance and letting loose. It’s the perfect place for a night out with friends, a fun date, or even just people-watching while sipping on a cocktail. You never quite know what you’ll get at Susie Wong, and that’s exactly what makes it such a blast.

If you’re in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a spot that delivers great drinks, cool vibes, and a little bit of theatrics, Susie Wong is the place to be. Just be prepared to stay longer than planned—this is the kind of place that draws you in for “one quick drink” and has you staying until the early hours.

I had an amazing time at PS150 when my boyfriend took me there on my birthday! Such a unique place with a hidden entrance through a toy shop. The boleh mocktail I had was absolutely delicious, and my boyfriend enjoyed his drinks as well. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Hamza, who somehow knew it was my birthday and played a birthday song for me, making the evening even more memorable. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was perfect for a night out. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a great bar experience!

Iron Fairies in Kuala Lumpur exceeded all expectations last Saturday, offering an enchanting fusion of unique ambiance, friendly staff, and an eclectic mix of patrons that came together to create a truly delightful evening.

From the moment we entered, the warm greetings and attentive service from the staff set a convivial tone for the night. The establishment fostered an atmosphere that was simultaneously chic and relaxed, striking a delicate balance that made for a stress-free party mood.

The clientele at Iron Fairies was diverse, spanning different age groups and backgrounds, which added to the vibrant energy of the place. This harmonious diversity allowed for a rich tapestry of conversations and connections, truly enhancing the overall experience.

U9 is the best thing to happen in KL since The Backroom and Rumah Api (both long gone). Support it and keep it alive!

The place has a great vibe. The food we had was good and a good range of drinks available. The music was great. The only downside I thought the place was a touch expensive.

This place has a nice vibe / feel to it, casual environment with friendly staff and great food, slightly over priced, they also offer sheesha which is nice, only one problem was when it came to the bill, we came in a large group and they told us we could not spilt the bill, but only waited to inform us at the end rather then mention it when we arrived, otherwise we would have asked to spilt it from the start

I have been to comedy clubs all over the world and this is truly is one of the best. The venue is built for it, the atmosphere and the people are all inviting. Before is starts there is an air of expectation, an expectation of hope for brilliance and that hope unlike Obama's 'hope' was met and even exceeded.

The acts were good, the host was hilarious but the headliner was not just a comedy genius but he planted seeds of love and rebellion in the hearts of audience. Watching him made me want to be a comedian, made me want to be him. I will definitely go back and I just hope it can be as good next time.

An after tea session at Elements@Westin brought us to Ce La Vie to continue with our business discussion. Ce La Vie was a great place to chill and chat. The waiters were attentive. The views and ambience created the right atmosphere to relax into the night. The music was upbeat and brought life to otherwise would have been a dull evening. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening ambience. I thought it would be a good place to hold a n event and recommended it.
