- Alice RHoi An, Vietnam3 contributionsThis was a really cool experience! The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. I mixed up my dates when booking and they were able to reschedule us seamlessly. The samurai master taught us how to hold, swing and slice bamboo mats with a real katana. Afterwards, they guided us through a sound bath meditation that brought on the zen. Definitely worth checking out when you’re in Kyoto!Written 23 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. You dress up in some simple samurai gear, learn some basic preparation chants and then go into the training. The guide made the lessons and scoring really fun for the shuraken throwing and dart blowing, so it never got boring. Then we went into the VR part, which everyone found challenging and fun. Highly recommend!Written 15 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- maybX7850OTTrail, Canada2 contributionsMy sister and I had Yūma for an instructor, and he was fun, energetic, and also encouraged us to be our best. This was such a great and special experience, and we would for sure do it again in future, if we find ourselves in Kyoto again! We love Taiko! And we love Kyoto! Thank you for making this session such a wonderful time!Written 27 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - patrice t1 contributionWhen I get back to Hawaii after traveling to Japan several times in the past two years, one of the highlight experiences I will share is this tour. Driving a kart around Osaka at night was Awesomeness!!!!.
Our Terrific guides:Sotaro and Haru were professional and informative as well as fun and light.
I will certainly be back!!! And I’m bringing my Hawaiian peeps too!Written 19 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We went to chambers and we had such an amazing night. They played R&B in one room and then they played reggae in the other room.
They played music that was from my culture and it was so nice to see the Japanese embracing black music especially reggae.
The people there were amazing and so friendly I went with my partner who found other people there from his country Poland so that was good for him as well.
The drinks were cheap and very strong not like how it is in the uk the drinks are always watered down so you don’t feel the effect you pay for what you buy in Japan.
I would recommend this club to anyone who is going to Kyoto.Written 29 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
