- Marc S7 contributionsMy partner, Michelle visited this wonderful business today. Excellent experience from start to finish. Lovely girls doing hair, makeup and dressing. The photographer was very professional and paid attention to every detail. More than happy with the results. Highly recommended.Written 13 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Chawaw2017Samut Prakan, Thailand11 contributionsThese days there is little my 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter agree on, but they both absolutely loved this - as did my husband and I! You dress up in some simple samurai gear, learn some basic preparation chants and then go into the training. The guide made the lessons and scoring really fun for the shuraken throwing and dart blowing, so it never got boring. Then we went into the VR part, which everyone found challenging and fun. Highly recommend!Written 15 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Alec S1 contributionThis is a nice arcade in a beautiful, modern-looking mall near Kyoto Station. There's a large assortment of crane games and other arcade staples, plus a VR section! The mall itself has a nice variety of restaurants, making this a great place to spend your afternoon/evening.Written 4 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Titus W1 contributionVery cute dogs. They loved eating treats and playing with us. We gave them all the gourmet treats from behind the counter.Written 20 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Hannah SBuderim, Australia68 contributionsWe travelled with our one year old through Japan and found this indoor playground. I am so glad we did!
It was warm inside, with a small cafe that also had kid friendly food (ordered risotto for our bub and he loved it) and it was a great break from the pram and carrier for our restless bub.
The playground is for under 6 year olds, with a small oval and playground outside for older kids.
We were the only westeners inside at the time we were there and our blonde haired, blue eyed little boy was a bit of a novelty to the local kids there. But kids will be kids and they all got on with the business of playing.
There are lots of wooden toys, a small sectioned off area for the babies not yet crawling/walking, a little wooden house and kitchen set up, a great ball pit with wooden balls (sounds dangerous but I think my bub loved it better than the plastic ball pits at home) and a large play gym with stairs and slides for those a little older.
My boy spent most of the time loving life in the ball pit and cracked a fit when we left.
(It was so noisy that I got a headache and had to leave)
We went on a rainy day, so it may have been busier than usual.
Unfortunately I don't have any photos as there are signs requesting that you do not get other children in your photos, which was impossible at the time I visited.
But it is free, dry, warm and while you must watch your kid (so the area is full of adults as well) you can let them go wild and get rid of some of the energy. It is also very close to the Kyoto Imperial PalaceWritten 7 March 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I always get scared about makeup in East Asian countries because I am dark skinned but the makeup was done beautifully! I loved the makeup, the hair and the kimonos! The photographer was super sweet and helped guide me so the poses came out incredible. This experience was wonderful and I would love to come back! 100% should try while in KyotoWritten 13 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - OtterVancouver, Canada120 contributionsI had mixed feeling about my visit to this Otter cafe. On one hand , it was fun touching an Otter and having it eat out of my hand. It was also sad because the Otters were totally over stimulated and would bite the girls who worked there.Written 18 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lillie TNew York City, NY13 contributionsReally clean, gorgeous cats, nice decor, but the cats are a little hand shy. If you take your time and play with them though, some will definitely warm up and you will be able to pet them.Written 3 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - darwintraveller2018Darwin, Australia105 contributionsIf you like cats and want to spend some time with a few really cool cats, go to the Cat Cafe. They also have an owl house which is just brilliant. Worth the the time and reasonably priced.Written 12 July 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Melanie S1 contributionAbsolutely love the photos and the staff were so friendly and caring we felt pampered thru the entire experience beginning to end. And live the end results also. - steve_vstheworldHafnarfjordur, Iceland390 contributionsWe didn’t visit the owls, but spent some time with the Bengal cats. You get thirty minutes with the cats, and a free drink is included with admission, although it’s only from a vending machine. Sitting with the cats is fun, they’ll often come and sit on your lap. They seem to be happy to get attention from people, during our visit all of the cats seemed relaxed and not at all stressed so it seems like they’re being treated well.Written 5 April 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ellen BHortonville, WI1,410 contributionsWe spent a very enjoyable afternoon at the Puchi Marry Cat Cafe. The cats are very well cared for, the place is very clean and the experience is well managed.
They do have rules, which make total sense. They allow children, which is great.Written 12 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
