The setting is a beautiful little traditional Japanese house which was very close to our hotel in Gion, the class size is small (only four of us) and Kimi is knowledgeable, lovely and speaks perfect English.

On on visit in 2015 we did the calligraphy class, kimono dress up and tea ceremony followed by a terrific bento lunch!

The cooking class is really fun! Midori-san really passionate in teaching and sharing her experience in southeast asian cooking.
We choose the Kansai menu and learn how to cook gyoza, takoyaki, miso soup and okonomiyaki, everything was nice!! Midori is really kind, after the lesson she led us to Nishiki market showing us a lot of things!
