This cooking school is conveniently located within the city center and is 3 minutes walk from both Kyoto City Subway's Shijo Station and Hankyu Railway's Karasuma Station.
We learned how to cook Dashi Soup Stock, Dashi Tamago, Sukiyaki, and Shiratama Dango. It is a small size class, held in English therefore we have no problem communicating in the instructors. Moreover we were able to learn background story behind Japanese cuisine and Japanese mind. After the session, we also receive a uniquely designed certification of completion as a souvenir.
We had lots of funs and would love to visit here again.
