Amazing tour! Highlight of our trip so far. The waterfall was so much fun, as was visiting with the elephants. Our tour guide Nan was awesome. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She also ordered all of our food for us and had all the best recommendations. Would 100% recommend!
Better than expected. itinerary as advertised when I booked does not give this tour justice. War Cemetery, Museum, River kwai Speedboat, kwai Bridge walkover, Buffet Dinner over the Kwai, Train journey on death Railway. Outstanding service Thankyou.
We got the pleasure of spending the day with Imm as our tour guide. She wanted to know what we were interested in seeing and gave us a plan that was realistic to the timeframe! She was patient and so knowledgeable and answered all our questions and told stories, which really made our day of touring the temples really personalized. My partner and I still talk about our tour that day and how that was a great start to our amazing Thailand adventure! I would recommend Imm as a tour guide if you want a really fun experience!
The prisoner of war museum was really informative and poignant. Erawan Falls were absolutely amazing! Really beautiful and lovely to have a swim in on a hot day. Pinky was really friendly and taught us a lot about the area. Would definitely recommend this tour!!
The trip was excellent. The guides name is RACH he was Fantastic extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his subject. He looked after the whole group over and beyond expectations everybody agreed about that. Only one negative was the return, traffic jams. We were picked up 6-10am dropped back 6-45pm too long travelling back.
This was a wonderful trip! I highly recommend it. Our guide Michael was great too, he was so kind and fun! The reason I took off one star was because none of us could understand anything he was saying. He tried to talk about the history and gave us all kinds of great information about things we saw, but no one on the trip could understand him. I really feel like these tours need to employ people that are easier to understand. It’s no fault of Michael’s, of course.
We had a lovely guide maned Panya unfortunately he was very ill and although very knowledgeable it was quite obvious he was gravely ill. We really hope that his diagnosis is good and he gets well soon . Due to his ill health he was difficult to hear . The whole experience of the journey on the water 💦 boat , train and cemetery museum was fabulous . The lunch fabulous too . Yes it’s a long journey but the sacrifice that the POWs gave is nothing in comparison!
Amazing experience from start to finish! I went with my husband and we had an incredible time. Very unique experience for those who prefer something a bit different.
Loved every minute. The boat ride, train, walk over the bridge and cave. The tour guide Mr Bao was very friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle was air conditioned and only 5 in the group. The lunch was very varied and tasty. Very hot day at the war graves and museum. I’d recommend this tour and very good alien for money. Thank you.
If you are lucky enough to get Mr Ken as your guide for the day you will have the best day ever! We were picked up at 7am and provided with all the information we needed. We are treated like royalty from start to finish at 8pm. An amazing trip!
Great day with ICE! He was very welcoming from the start. He made sure we had everything we needed all day. He gave us the history of each site and answered all of our questions. He is funny and personable and a joy to spend the day with. Even when the weather changed our plans, he made sure we had whatever we needed. It was a long day, but we were never rushed. Highly recommend!
Informative trip which left a lasting impression of the human cost in building the railway. Our guide Rach( sorry I forgot your name) was very knowledgeable and gave lots of background information and really brought alive what the prisoners had to endure to achieve the completion of the railway in an incredibly short period of time. He was also very good at ensuring everyone was OK, had enough loo stops and didn't get lost among the crowds. Our driver was also adept at negotiating the heavy Bangkok traffic with skill and care. The trip was extremely well organised and I would highly recommend it.
Trip was very good and our guide was excellent. A thorough briefing on building the railway and a really interesting train ride through the countryside
