Great place to visit just ridiculously over priced. Great artwork and the gallery is wonderful but be repeated as it has about 5 stories.

Such a wonderful opportunity to visit this amazing community. We were met with great enthusiasm by everyone there - staff and students. The value of education is high and much appreciated by all the students. We were made to feel valued and very much at home for the three days we spent at the school. Meeting Gemma Sisa was a highlight along with the bright and welcoming students in each campus we visited. This is a truly memorable experience that is very rewarding.

The exhibits are a bit dated but the female Masai guide did an excellent job of bringing it all to life. I didn’t get her name, but she deserves 5 stars! A lot of German boma history to read, natural history including a 160 year old living and breathing tortoise! Gardens, taxidermy and optional local crafts to view and buy. Well worth a visit

Good place for bargaining on souvenirs. Has everything. Many stalls but they all share similar stuff. Cheaper than what you get elsewhere.

We were on a private 8 day/7 night safari for 2 people and visited all the major national parks in Tanzania including a walking safari and a night game drive. We loved every minute; the scenery is outstanding, we saw the Big 5, the Great Migration and many animals and birds. Walter at Galloping Safaris was very quick to respond to our many questions and tailored the safari to suit what we wanted to do and to fit our budget. Nothing was too much trouble. Our tour guide, Macho, was professional, fun, friendly and excellent at spotting the wildlife. He was really knowledgeable and explained about the wildlife, the area and the culture. Our accommodation was excellent and all meals were provided and of high quality. This was a trip of a lifetime and we would thoroughly recommend it.

An all combined necessity for travel, entertainment, social events, food & bevarages and Shopping. There different restruants like pizza Spanish, cafés, salsa, mini bar. Also Clothing's and electrical supplies. Children playgrounds and supermarket. Plus the best cinéma in Arusha with two theatre's and a good parking lot.

House of Gems did a fabulous job taking care of us at the Gran Melia location. My sister and I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. We purchased two rings, a bracelet, and a free stone. All are stunning. We would highly recommend a stop here during your next visit to Arusha.

If you are concerned about quality of experience, efficient communication and safety on your trip to Tanzania then Mrembo Safaris would be a brilliant choice.
Detailed personal attention is Elizabeth’s forte. She also has a great team to support you in driving on safari, devising an itinerary and organising your accommodation. Whether it is attending to your specific needs, solving frustrating issues or recommending the best way to shape your trip, nothing is too much trouble. A solution is only ever a WhatsApp message away.
We had a great time because Elizabeth and her team listened to what we wanted. As a result we had an amazing holiday that we will never forget.

Impressive performing arts education facility, state park f the art open-air theatre, 6000+ volume music library, cultural housing display, collection of local indigenous instruments, that gives instruction , tours, and performances. They employ a professional group of dancers and musicians. Their chef cooks meals in an outdoor kitchen over a fire that are outstanding

I was visiting the mall for an item and noticed this brewery on the ground floor. I was not expecting to find any craft beer during my stay in Tanzania so I knew I had to try their beer. They only have four beers but they can be tried in a tasting flight for 12,000 schillings (about $4.50 USD). I liked the Pilsner and IPA, but thought the stout and lager could still use some improvements. If I had been staying in Arusha longer, I would definitely have purchased a 6 pack to go.

Everything was planned perfectly and the itinerary couldn’t have been any better. Goodie made our first Safari unforgettable. The lodges, the food, the landscapes, the cultural assets of the country and of course the animals were shown and presented to us perfectly by Goodie. His knowledge about his own country is exceptional and his curiosity about other cultures is second to none!
Along the way we had great coversations, tons of fun and many other unforgettable moments!
The trip exceeded our expectations and there were no wishes unfulfilled.

We will come back for sure!
    Asante sana Goodie!

it's a nice little museum about the history of Tanzania . My issue about this museum is that it's set up rather rudimentarily. The guided tour is $10 which may seem a lot for some. it's more suitable for adults or older children as reading of the posters will be necessary.
