Working with African Guides showed us how important it is to have a trip planned by true local experts. Our guide was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. We got to explore some lesser known (and less crowded) parks, stayed in beautiful accommodation and didn’t have to worry about anything. If you have a chance add Zanzibar to your itinerary as a magical place to relax after the safari.

Our guide was an expert at finding animals, and we managed to see all five within a few days. The accommodations were luxurious, and the food was delicious. In September 2016, I actually paid to summit Mount Kilimanjaro from the Tanzania side in 7 days, but due to my wonderful crew actually finished and submitted the mountain in 6 days.
