Beautiful waterfall and it wasn’t “too busy”. Most people came for the photo and only a small number of us went in it for a dip.

It’s a nice walk down but maybe not so good with little ones/anyone who struggles with steps etc.

Definitely recommend going to the pool/club near it that was a lovely treat after.

I’d recommend but just be prepared for a walk/tourism.

Good service and had a nice morning with them. Unfortunately no sunrise view from Mount Batu but that's not their fault! Getting up at 1am was maybe a little too early - it could have been 1 hour later. Staff were great and the drive was safe. I recommend this tour company.

Gusti is super friendly, patient, and polite, very professional. He is not only a good driver but also a great company. We spend about 3 days going everywhere with him. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

We took on the silver jewelry x ATV with private hire package. The silver-making was a great experience, would definitely recommend doing so. Beyond the samples, the professional instructors do accommodate your own choice of design, so be sure to ask if you're interested! Caution against getting any of those designs with extra stones (need to pay extra) though, I can't tell if those are authentic.

The ATV was a 90 minute long experience, through caves, mud puddles, waterfalls with uneven terrain and rice fields. While I think it was worth it, the experience was too long in duration. Definitely not an experience for those are scared of thrill (lol). The helmets and boots are provided, with blue plastic bags as "socks", and a locker to safekeep our items (bring your own rubber band or hair-tie to attach to wrist). But I am concerned with the sanitation of the safety equipment and boots, so watch out for that. Photos are taken in the entire stretch, but sold separately!

Our driver picked us up at our hotel and arrived earlier than the stipulated time. We were in safe hands as he drove through the traffic. He stopped at a grocery store on the way back to our hotel at our request. Thanks very much, Yola!

All in all, I recommend getting their package, but do be sure to communicate with the different people in-charge!

Our guides Wayan and Made were friendly, attentive, and helpful. They also doubled as our photographers and videographers (it’s tough being a guide these days), helping us to capture the magical moment of sunrise and friendship. We were given the choice of doing the lesser used trail to go up to Mt. Batur so that we could enjoy the serenity of hiking in the darkness and enjoy stargazing. On the way down, we also did the lesser used rim trek, allowing us to see the remnants of several volcanic eruptions. The only downside of this way down was all the flies (not their fault and probably the same no matter which way down). Thanks again Wayan and Made for making our trek so memorable!

A fantastic activity, so well organised with friendly and informative guides. Good equipment, free water, they kept an eye on us all and stopped traffic for us to cross at junctions.
We learnt so much about Balinese culture, rice growing and the visit to the typical Balinese house was fascinating. We finished up with a delicious lunch (plenty of choice) and cold facecloths to freshen up when we got back. It’s a must-do activity!

We decided to do the camping under Mount Batur to start the morning trekk.it was definitely a night/day to remember. We camped at the starting point of the trekk. Tents were already laid out for us with sleeping bags and mats inside. We enjoyed a dinner in front of the fireplace and we went to bed under the most beautiful sky with stars. At 3am we were awaken to have some coffee and start the trekk uphill. The view of the sunrise at the top of the volcano was amazing. They gave us a boiled egg and banana sandwich at the top for breakfast. We walked a little bit further up top to appreciate the hot steams after the sun had risen. After that we came back down and were driven to the hot springs to spend an hour in a “resort like” facility with stunning view to the lake. We skipped the coffee plantation included in the tour as we had already tried the luwak variety. Driver took us to have lunch and then to hotel.

The combined bike tour in the morning with rafting in the afternoon exceeded all expectations of quality, value, safety and enjoyment. Our tour guides, Yoga and Augus and our driver Febri were exceptional on a professional level but more importantly connected to our hearts, it was like finding family, and a sense of belonging. Every single aspect was perfect, from the hotel pick up, to the delicious breakfast and lunch at Green Buku, to the cycling route and guidance. A beautiful tour combining Balinese culture, great food, exceptional scenery, exhilarating rafting on the Agung River and true hospitality.
Meeting Darma was a special treat.

Wayan was able to be much more than a driver, he came to us with every kind of request, even in last minute schedule changes due to flight delays. Wayan and company are very reliable people and if you give them confidence they will recommend the best for your vacation. He also got us tickets to the Gili Islands as well as acted as our guide explaining many interesting things and we had many laughs.
Thank you for everything Wayan, you have been an unforgettable traveling mate!

Lovely day spent biking and visiting villages, plantations, waterfall and temples.
Ibhave learned so much about the beautiful balinese culture, tasting the best food in the family house and met incredible people. If you look for a nice gate away with fun, nature, cultural deepening, you have here the perfect team.

It was an amazing experience. I had a tension remedy massage followed by a facial. 2 hours in total for the price of Aus $20. The atmosphere is not your usual sterile massage room. But a beautiful homely area. The rooms were immaculately clean and the masseuse gave me the best massage I have had in Bali. 10 stars. This place is a hidden treasure. Do yourself a favour and try it out.

It was really great to have Komang as a driver for the last three days. He is always on time, drives carefully and takes care of the guests. He is also very knowledgeable and likes to tell you a little bit more about Bali. Higly recommended!
