My agent was Putu Pande and he was just amazing from start to finish. Answering all my questions whatever the time maybe.
Don’t ever try street stalls and they give cheap services and you get a small boat on rough waters and it’s not safe at all. No shuttle services and no communication once you pay. All my communication was on whatsapp. I paid the driver who came to pick me from my hotel in ubud. - Cornelia ZhuGrand Cayman8 contributionsKomang is an amazing driver and one of the highlights of our time in Bali. He is kind, courteous, responsive, professional and prompt and took such good care of my friend and me during the two days we spent together.
I found Komang on TripAdvisor. I reached out to about 10 different drivers I found online and from the very beginning, Komang stood out. He responded quickly, provided a quote and also indicated that he was willing to be flexible with prices. He checked in after a few days and was more responsive than anyone else - by the time he had followed up, some people hadn't even sent their first response yet. We booked with Komang and I couldn't be happier with the decision!
Komang took us from Ubud to Sidemen, as well as to a few other sites in East Bali. He is knowledgeable, he speaks amazing English, and we felt so cared for and safe in his presence. His car is spacious and clean (he says he cleans it daily!), he had water prepared for us, and he gave really good tips on what to eat and how much to pay for things when we went to a local market.
If we return to Bali, we wouldn't hesitate to book with Komang again. Thanks so much for everything!

His car was clean and in great condition inside and out. He was early for pickups, and was reliable and trustworthy (we left our bags with him, and when offering to pay for tolls he declined as he said it’s part of his fee). He was also knowledgeable on a wide range of areas and was able to show us good sites. • the seats tend to smell from all the previous guests sweat smell
• You will sweat so please bring a towel to sit on. (bare thighs on seat — had tiny sweat hives afterwards from the seat).

He drives very peacefully and carefully, explains about the local culture, and takes you to the tourist places as well as off track, if you ask him.
We also had a lovely bebek betutu for dinner thanks to the restaurant he advised us !
We therefore decided to go to the bird park and then to the airport with him the next day.
