    Qi Gong with Jordi
    One of the highlights of my trip to Bali last month was Qi Gong classes in the yoga barn I cannot stress enough on how transformative the iexperience was.
    I have struggled with finding a spiritual practice that helps me to feel grounded something that ADHD makes very hard to attain.
    During my ten days stay I had three Qi Gong classes with the amazing Jordi Jules.
    from the first class I felt rooted and felt the Qi in my hands throughout the day. I can not emphasize enough on how Jordi made the class easy and powerful for everyone new and I will always remember what he said “my teacher said you can not do Qi Gong wrong you can do it good , better or best”
    I urge Yoga barn to make a Qi Gong teacher retreat with Jordi I will definitely come back to learn more.

    A Great Wellness Spa that Keeps Getting Better!
    After nearly 10 years since my last visit to Bali, it has been a real pleasure to return to Ubud and to visit Jaen's Spa. Wonderful then, it's even better now! From the moment you step into the building, you are made to feel truly welcome. The reception staff led me to a comfortable waiting area and offered me a coffee as I filled out a very helpful questionnaire about the type of wellness treatment I sought. I was offered to choose in advance which oils and soaps would be used. The therapist was also very helpful, encouraging me to begin relaxation through simple breathing exercises before beginning a great 2hour therapy session whose ending even included 15 minutes in a hot tub, and which was followed downstairs by a tasty cup of cinnamon herb tea.
    I'll definitely return to Jaen's Spa, which I understand is expanding its space to further expand its wellness services.

    Spa Sang is a beautiful place
    Had a lovely time at Sang Spa yesterday. The staff is professional and kind and the atmosphere is gentle. I love the attention they give to every detail. Agung gave the body massage and scrub, Eva did do the facial. They both did a very good job.

    2 massages in 2 days
    Had an amazing couples massage with my fiancé here, and then went back the next day for another one while he waited in the cafe on site!
    A large spa with a very big services menu. All the staff are lovely and the massage (sports and then Balinese) were great.
    It is busy but they have so many massage rooms there so it evens out. Nice complimentary tea and fruit after at the cafe. Immaculately clean room and beds.
    Thanks for ending my Ubud stay nicely :-)

    during my stay in Adiwana Jembawan hotel, I had the most amazing experiences with your spa treatments. Words cannot describe it, I always felt like in heaven after those soulful treatments.     Best spa experience in Bali
    Hands down The Best spa experience I’ve ever had! We had the couples massage, scrub and wrap with citrus pandas milk bath. The services are incredible! Tea, fruit and wine a nice added touch. And great photos for the gram! Came highly recommended and did not disappoint!

    Best Way to Relax in Ubud!
    Great experience. Very relaxing massage in a great setting, with a welcoming staff, as soon as we walked through the door. Only regret is that I did not have this experience early enough during my holiday that I could schedule a second treatment for later in the week.

    A wellness centre like no other
    This is my second time to Amrtasiddi, the first was in 2015 for a short 3 day reset. I have visited a number of wellness centres but there is something very unique and authentic about Amrastaddi. My stay was 7 day juice cleanse and 1 day rejuvenation. I stayed at the centre which felt like a small village. It is perfect for a solo traveller as you have the choice to be social or not. Also it's extremely safe! You have the choice to roam outside in Ubud or stay and relax each day at the centre. The centre offers yoga each morning (definitely do that!) and workshops to understand Ayurveda. There are cooking classes and rice walks The food is always fresh and delicious- most of it grown onsite. The doctors are tremendous. You have the same doctor throughout your stay who guides you through your personalised program. I have to mention my doctor, Dr Remil, he was so thorough, warm, well educated, supportive and explained everything so clearly. I never felt overwhelmed with the programme and I knew he understood my goals. Everything is personalised so your schedule and treatments are specifically geared towards your needs. The therapists were always warm, kind and caring, and would do their best to make you as comfortable as possible. I'm sure I fell asleep through a few massages during the week. My personal goals, of weight loss were met, and I have to say they helped bring back the fire in me after years of dealing with grief. My energy levels were restored and I have a better understanding of how to treat my body better.
    The care and guidance from all the staff, therapists and Dr Remil was exceptional. Even the beautiful kitchen staff who prepare your delicious food daily know your needs and medication as prescribed by the doctors. Authentic and genuine - they truly care about those who go through their programmes. Amrastaddi is a wellness centre which definitely helped me through one of the toughest times of my life where I returned home with my energy and smile again.
