Our guides Amazing were really experienced and very thoughtful, always checking on us to make sure we were still okay and giving us enough time to rest and continue at our own pace, while at the same time pushing us along the way. He even helped pull us along or up the slopes from time to time. Thumbs up to him. Wear good, comfortable trekking shoes for this.
