We spent the past week in Bali, where we were able to secure him for a couple trips. Communication efficient and timely.
Vehicles clean, air con, and exactly what we ordered.
Drivers were on time, friendly, efficient, unobtrusive but willing to communicate and go the extra for us.

He was punctual, courteous, and always ready to adapt to our interests. His knowledge of Bali helped us discover quiet local spots and avoid crowds, which made the trip feel personalized. The car was clean and comfortable, and his calm driving made us feel safe even on busy roads. Maru is such a genuine top bloke, trustworthy, honest, reliable, friendly, funny, helpful and soo patient. Super affordable and worth his weight in gold. He really made our trip special.
💯 % recommend this dude if you are looking for a trust worthy driver/tour guide.

He came with a lot of good information about what to do/not to do.
I would recommend to everyone, who need a skilled driver in Bali!
We had some bad drivers before. So we were very careful about choosing a driver.

Our Driver would pick us up at our hotel at an agreed time and then drive us all around to the sights we wanted to go to and more. For a full day out it would cost $50-$60 no matter how many people in the car. No matter where you go your driver will wait for you whilst you spend your time inside the tourist attraction. If we stopped at a restaurant in between attractions then we would invite our Driver to be our guest. - Jet69579124 contributionsWe usually used the gojek app to book transport which was excellent but on one night it was so busy that we had to get a taxi - we knew that the bluebird taxis were safe to get. We got one and agreed on the price but when we got to our destination, he wanted more money. We offered a little more but he again insisted on a higher price. We refused and he reluctantly took the fare.
It was a little intimidating because the taxi doors are locked and you can’t just get out of the car until the driver lets you.
However, on another occasion we caught a bluebird cab and the driver was excellent. So probably was just unlucky on that other occasion.
Would highly recommend using the gojek app to book a “go car” as the drivers and service was exceptional compared to the regular taxis. - RaymondaleKuala Lumpur, Malaysia1,208 contributionswhen i back to sanur from lembongan island on 2 june,i took perama shuttle bus to ubud.i booked the ticket before i came to Bali via email, everything went smooth.they will send the meeting point to you.i found that this time they dont have any office in sanur,just meeting point at the front of a mini market.be noted that bus from kuta or ubud might be delayed. that time the bus delayed about 30minutes,still acceptable. i contacted the staff via WA, they will tell you the actual situation.i found that the bus this time is a small van,so if you have many luggages,maybe a problem. also the drop off point in ubud is around jl pengosekan,they dont have transfer service,so better book a hotel around the drop off point, then you can walk to your hotel.luckily,the hotel i booked just located at jalan pengosekan,so the driver drop me off at the front of my hotel, that time was a rainy day, so the driver is very kind. i will use their shuttle service in kuta next time,i think long distance trip much better,like kuta to ubud or to the east bali.Written 26 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We then booked for a day trip, told them what we wanted to see and they arranged everything, again very cheap but excellent service.

We joined small group with 5 people in the car.
