Makes me always miss Bali, every time I see it. This is the most legendary statue here, if you go to Bali, you must come here. At night, the lights are very good.

A great memorial to the many lives lost in the Bali bombings, at night the monument is lit up and displays the names of all killed and what country they came from.

First of all, I was suprised by the name CHINATOWN BALI and curious what's inside, and then found out it was a great place for transit especially during waiting for next flight departure or waiting for resort check in time. Despite it is a new opened place, the service is great, staffs are so friendly, and super authentic chinese food. Beside that, it also provide luggage deposit, it was my perfect choice to deposit my luggage there and enjoy a two hours long spa treatment then have a great meal before my flight departure. Beside that, there's also some VIP rooms for rest and kids playground, real good for transit guests. By the way, this is the first chinatown in Bali. Reminder tips, due to it's a cashless system, better top-up at the front office before enter.

This is a convenient Catholic church for tourists staying Kuta.

A modern building that is in a good location, easy to get to.

They hold a mass in English on Sundays.

This was my first visit to one of the many Hindi temples in the Kuta area of Bali. The architecture was most interesting and worthy of concentrated effort to enjoy.

Beautiful church with good choir. Enjoyed the mass this evening. English mass is at 6:00pm every Sunday.

The external of the Pura is lovely, much like most of the temples I have seen. Inside resembled a disorganised construction site, which mounds of rubbish and dirt, and I was disappointed. What makes up for this is the view of Nusa Dua beach and the ocean on the other side. There is a small snack stall located here.

I have passed through this statue many times but had never stopped to take a picture of it. This artistic statue of Godess Ruci is in one of the busiest junctions enroute to Kuta. This is certainly a feast to the eyes.

Lord Baruna is the God of the Sea to the Bainese. You might be forgiven to think that it is something to do with the nearby Holiday Inn hotel as its logo is plastered all over it.

To me the statue is a sign. Once your car exits the roundabout in Tuban, you are clear of the traffic jam.

Men as well as women have to wear a sarong or "traditional dress" to enter the small complex near Kuta beach. Women having their period are not allowed in.

The Hindu temple is of classical Balinese design with tall gates and beautiful gate keepers. Remarkable is the tower as it has a megaphone placed at the top level. Almost similar to what you see at minarets near mosques. Believers can place their offerings on tables outside the temple compound. After dark dogs at the beach side of the temple are hazardous.

I felt very safe with his driving, and his understanding of places to visit. His english was great and he made our Bali adventure soo much more fun. We spent our 10 days in Bali driving with him, and we welcomed him to join us on some of our adventures.
Bawa was able help us organise some of our tours and recommended great places for us to go and to eat. He was flexible on changes to our daily plans, and was great at navigating times around traffic to get us to our destinations.
I would deffinately recommend Him to any of my friends and family and would deffinately seek him out when we return to Bali.
