It wasn't just about learning about how to cook some dishes, but an enriching cultural learning of the Balinese culinary tradition with clear explanation of what each ingredient is, how to use as well as the health benefits. Plus it is not just 1 or 2 recipes that were taught, but 5-6 dishes.
After having had a big meal (everything was so delicious), the temple tour was great, not only it helped digestion, but it was a necessary visit, very unique temple on the water in the sea, accessible in low tide. Just like the Asian version of Mont St-Michel, incredible architecture!
