Sent them a message on whatsapp and received a response almost immediately to confirm our booking. Impressive, considering I had put off arranging a driver until two days before we were supposed to leave Agra!
Our driver showed up precisely when and where we expected to meet him. - Oriane G4 contributionsWe've met Ramu when looking for buying a ticket to Jaipur at the KSRTC bus stand near Hôtel Sakura at Agra. We've found difficult trusting people in India and were tired of people harassing us but Ramu was really different.
He helps us buying our bus ticket. And while we were waiting for the bus, he gave us really important information about India and places we were planning on visiting. He also advised us a Hostel in Jaipur and after controlling the website we've decided to stay there (we are used to plan our trip as we go).
Hostel Chillout in Jaipur is very well located and people welcoming. There is a beautiful view from the rooftop. Ballu that owns the place with his brother is an incredible cook and cocktail maker!
Ramu asked his nephew Islam that drives tuktuk to come to pick us up at the last bus stop in Jaipur to bring us to the chillout hostel. We've finally ended up spending 2 days with Islam that took us every day to different places to visit in Jaipur. Honestly without him our time in Jaipur would have been completely different and far less enjoyable. Islam knows the places very well. He also had a Jewellery company, so if you want to buy some nice pieces you can trust him. We went to buy some tailored clothes. It was nice to be able to buy without people pressuring you. Islam is someone with a big heart, an incredible human being that we will for sure remember. We really felt lucky meeting him thanks to Ramu and we had a wonderful time in Jaipur thanks to him. He also has a Jewellry shop in Goa. So please feel free to contact him directly if you want only a single transfer in Jaipur or him bringing you to places for a full day visit. You won't regret it. We would like once again to thank Ramu for his help and good advices. He was genuinely happy to be able to help us, and as he has been working in the tourism industry forever, he knows a LOT.
A last tip when taking a bus with AC or No AC from Agra to Jaipur you MUST stop at the LAST stop. The stops before are for local Indians people who are out of the city or tourists that need to catch a flight. Be careful if you choose other stops than the last one as mafia car's driver give couples of hundred rupees to bus staff. Then when your are on the bus, drivers ask you to get down the bus and you have no other solution than to take a taxi.

- Johan O1 contributionWe spent 13 days with DK. Perfect service. The car was always super clean and our driver was always on time. DK also arranged for guides in Delhi, Agra, and in Jaipur and they were very professional.
This is a company which I am very happy to recommend to friends visiting India. It is the best and only way to hire a car and driver. Zero stress and good value. It is also a good way to see the “real” India beyond the hotel facades.

Ankush was the absolute best tour guide we could’ve asked for. He gave us a fully detailed tour of the Taj Mahal and was very patient with us while we took our pictures. I would recommend Ankush to anyone coming to see the Taj Mahal. - ValentynaUkraine7 contributionsWe really enjoyed the tour! We took the "Golden Triangle of India". We had two guides in three days. Kuldeep gave us a tour of Daly, and we went to Jaipur and Agra with Ali. They are specialists in their field. All our needs and desires were taken into account. With our guides, we did not stand in any line and this is a big plus!
They traveled in comfortable cars.
We got unforgettable impressions! Very interesting history of India! The children were also delighted.
I was most impressed by Agra, the "City of Love" and the Taj Mahal.
If to India, then only with the Ali team!
