Since visiting Animal Aid Unlimited we have sponsored resident dogs there who cannot go back on the streets..

The fantastic work done by them in the community not only benefits the animals but also the people too - the extraordinary lengths Animal Aid go to to rescue injured dogs, cows and donkeys changes peoples relationship with them.

We absolutely love Animal Aid Unlimited and cannot wait to go back and see them again.

Compassion costs nothing and it is infectious.

Revisited this Jagdeesh-Krishna temple on 18/03/22..Its on the way-before the City palace venue.
Its on a rock, elevated temple with many steps to climb. Its outer marble architecture is marvelous , The deity darshan is marvelous , The rulers built the temple and used to visit it for pujas .
The deity attraction will peace of the temple will surely inspire you.

If you have spare time or need to shop branded product , can visit this place for shopping or just relaxing time. This just a mall just like any other mall at metropolitan city, but all major brands available under one roof.

Tranquility is the name of this lake. Walk along safe and well located pathways all along the lake parameter- watch activity and people and soak in Rajasthani culture! While in udaipur do come here, take a boat ride, or sit on a bench and watch birds and hills and setting Sun!

If time is not sufficient, Ambrai ghat is the best place to get the views , specially sunset views at lake Pichola. We had stayed at Amet haveli which is exactly at Ambrai ghat and had lovely views.

The idol of Lord Krishna will keep you so mesmerized that the chaos all around would disappear, though I must say that the temple is far more organised than my last visit 6 years ago and clean too, and now has a ticket too which actually makes the darshan simpler. A must visit place for God Krishna's Disciples.

It's a big temple complex and all pillars are finely carved. Additionally, all pillars have different carvings. Idol of adinath bhagwan is supposed to as old as ramayan. Do read up on the history and various beliefs about the temple before you go.

This is a very special place, with well preserved cenotaphs, although the landscaping is somewhat trashy (but what isn't?) not too far out from the center of Udaipur. Take a tuk-tuk early in the morning for the best light. The Tony Robbins Foundation has donated to help preserve these remarkable cenotaphs. A "security guard" may hassle you if you shoot photos, so get there early and be quick. If you have enough rupees, he can be bribed. Good luck!

Full of greenery and lots of birds and squirrels, But not well maintained. Could spend some peaceful time. There is a play area for kids, Should be improved to make it an attractive place. Did not see any Rose plants here.

A clean and well maintained circular park with a nice fountain which is made of white marble. One can do boating or simply sit idle and relax and spend some time here.

A calm lakeside stroll brought us to Gangaur Ghat. This is a primary ghat on Lake Pichola, & hosts festive rituals. We spent a few minutes here, absorbing the beauty of the lake.

Without a doubt, the Gangaur Ghat can be cleaner but if you ignore the dirt, it's a decent place to click photographs.

This nice shop has a fine range of local paintings and small works of art and souvenirs representing work from local artisans. They are well displayed and the gentleman who helped us was wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy like in many of the other outlets. It is clean and made shopping a true delight, would recommend Art en Soul - prices appeared fair and we did buy from him.

A place of Art is a must visit for paintings. Manish explained about the art of miniature paintings and showed us the most amazing paintings. Radha Krishna paintings and Shrinathji paintings were awesome. Atrue work of intricacy. A collector's item . A treasure trove of paintings. A must visit to support the artisans of this age old art.
