No word can describe the royalty of this place. Beautiful, royal, amazing view of city. Must visit place of Jodhpur.......... It takes 2 hours minimum to complete the round of the fort but worth visiting.

What wealth is behind this sort of building, a night’s stay is probably equivalent to a decade of a poor person’s income

I had both the opportunity to join a cooking class at Rekha's place in Jodhpur as well as an online class three years later.
Even though an online class obviously cannot recreate the magical evening we had in Jodphur, we had a fantastic time nevertheless. We made Lemon Rice, Aubergine Curry, Matter Paneer, and Chickpea Flour Chila. The latter one was my favorite, but everything was delicious. Rekha knows the possibilities and limitations of western kitchens, so everything is well feasible.
Communication before and during the event went very smoothly, and Rekha is very fluent in English, as well as an entertaining and funny personality.
The live cooking event was fantastic, as mentioned before: It was a completely organized evening, with pick-up from and return to the hotel in rikshaws, an introduction to the spices, preparation of snacks and beverages (so you won't get hungry or thirsty while cooking), the cooking itself and - of course - eating a wonderful meal together. At the end, you can also buy packaged spice mixes, which I can also recommend (my favorite being the Chaat Masala).
One of the highlights of my trip to India, and certainly the best thing we did in Jodhpur.

We had a wonderful afternoon cooking with Rekha in her home. She taught us the basics of cooking with Indian spice and herbs and we learnt about the types of Ayurvedic cooking and the preferred style of Sattvic cooking. We found this to be eye opening and it will surely benefit us ordering meals at restaurants in the future and making our own food. In the class we prepared and enjoyed enjoyed Chai, aloo Gobi and paneer curries, briyani and raita that we prepared with fresh ingredients. The food was some of the best we have had on our entire trip. We finished off with a delicious saffron lassi! Highly recommend this experience.

I've been zip lining before but never in such a remarkable location. It felt so adventurous zipping in and out of the fort and its surroundings. The lines are long so you get to ride for a while. The instructors were helpful and made everything safe and secure.

He didn't want to bargain with me since his prices are fair according to his words. I can fully support that statement. Bought a wall hanging and payed not a tourist, but a locals price!
He was super friendly as well. Great shop!
