A beautiful and wonderful place to visit in Jodhpur. Recommended with a guide or else you would miss the entire charm of the place. Ticket cost is INR 250 inclusive of the lift which takes you to the 12th floor. Guide charges are INR 500. A private property very well maintained by the Maharaja himself. Very clean and the guards at the entry make sure you don't carry anything to litter in the fort. Has must visit blocks, rooms, display pieces, of swords, jewellery, miniature paintings, cradles of royal children, sheesh mahal, moti Mahal etc has everything the Maharaja clan used. It has beautiful crafted sandstone and pop carvings. One of the most beautiful forts in the country. It has 15 floors. Guide took us by lift to the 12th floor first then we went up to 15th floor and climbed back to the exit. Has a Meena bazaar, craft bazaar and small snack shop inside. Beautiful scenic view from the fort walls. One can see the Blue city houses, Umaid bhawan, Jaswanthda etc from here.
Must visit place! Just loved it!

Lentil men is a very nice and talented person! Me and my friend learned how to draw an elephant step by step and we are so happy with the results!
Thank you so much! I recommend this place to go! Besides joining the workshop, you can also buy one of his beautiful paintings.

The visit to Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park was a plus on my visit to Jodhpur. Recommended to get to know a bit more about the city, with some relaxing walk away from the main buzzing roads.

Our guide Harsh was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic, showing us some of the animals, plants and fruits as we were walking and exploring the park.

Mandore garden is about 7-8 kms away from the centre of the city. In case you are going by auto they usually charge Rs200 but charged me Rs. 280.

There is a museum inside with some temples, a food court and some trails to walk upon. Nothing much to see..

Bantuji is the ideal guide …. Calm poised and passionate about Jodhpur
We enjoyed his explanations and had a lot of laughs as we passed through the narrow lanes of the blue city

This is a beautiful step well that is maintained also unlike other step wells in Rajasthan. There are no entry charges or timings as it is very much in a public place near the GhantaGhar.

A landmark in the old city area, Ghanta Ghar or Clock Tower is a good spot for clicks and shopping in the areas around it.

There is a history to the temple and one look at Ma and all your worries and sorrows melt away. There is also the Statue where the Rishi who cursed the King is located.
