- Henry O2 contributionsWe had a fantastic time at the Cooking Class, cooking delicious food. The host was excellent, letting us into her family home, explaining how to cook each meal, and giving a fascinating insight into both the origins of the food, and into day to day life.
All the food came out fantastic, and we had a great time getting involved and learning some new skills we will continue to use.

You learn about the Indian Cuisine and the unique connection they have with their food. Everything was home made (even some spice mixes). It was like being invited to their home to come and have dinner with them. They showed us how everything is made and gave us the recipes. The eldest daughter of the family is an artist at heart, and even did some Henna! Well spend time with joining them and learning how to cook the india cuisine, having dinner and have a chit chat with them about their lifestyle!
