Being one of the best zoo in Asia we were expecting to have real good time, should say not disappointed at all. A great place to see variety of animals / birds / reptiles and needs a full day to visit all. Plan for a day and don't rush through as you might miss many.

Situated in Bhubaneswar City, the lingaraj temple signifies yet another heritage site with architectural wonder.
The temple is the largest temple of Lord Shiva based on the length of his 'Shal gram Shila'.
One needs to be very careful as there any many frauds / scammers who will forcibly try to help you and extract money from you.
If you are in the city to explore the places this must be one of them to visit.

We took a early morning flight to morning to Bhubaneswar. After landing we took a cab to the Dhauli Giri Hills. This was Day 1 of our Odisha trip.

It is a calm and best place for meditating in the morning. The sculpture showed the some moments of lord Buddha's daily life. The architecture is beautiful and simple. The place is well maintained. There is a temple of lord Shiva behind this.

It took us less than half an hour to reach from the airport early morning at 8 am ~ and we spent almost an hour there post which we continued on our car ride towards Puri via Pipli village where we saw some really nice handicrafts.
