- Avinash Pratap SDehradun, India5 contributionsI have known Nirvana Adventures for over 10 years but very recently got to experience it first-hand when I signed up for a Club Pilot licence course. For me, the course was not only an immersion into a new skill but also a new community and set of friends.
The trainers were very experienced and gave enough space to learn by doing while being safe. Sunith and other trainers hold records and immense respect in the paragliding community.
The course is hosted in a home-like environment at Native Place- Astrid has cared for it and thoughtfully designed it to be a place which fosters learning, care, friendships and fun.
Overall, I enjoyed learning a new skill, making new friends, ALOT of food.

Pros:
Location - a scenic location indeed with the shores of the Bhandardara Dam & serene hills.
No boards/directions to reach the place makes the last stretch a bit difficult.
No network connectivity around the area (except BSNL)
Firefly Tour - though not told beforehand, the people are made to take their vehicles to the forest & given a chance to watch the magical Fireflies for a good 2 hours
Cons:
Food - extremely bad food, inedible on some counts & limited variety despite claiming a big spread of food.
No access to Online food ordering & hence one is stuck with this..
Washrooms - despicable, unclean, no lights, unsafe especially for females (with sure chances of getting an infection)

Gaddicab will ruin you vacation by cancelling the cab at last moment and will ask for more money ..he will refund your advance too. - Getaway101437840481 contributionTerrible!!!!! This go paryatak has spoiled our trip to Maldives. Their negligence towards simple things such as passport verification was failed and they did not even communicated with us. Such a important thing they can't take care of! our trip got cancelled just one day before. Everything was wasted. Time money and our emotions. If Go paryatak can not manage international trips then please don't even try to make it.
