    A Sunday afternoon we’ll spent. Great meads and company!
    Spent a fantastic Sunday afternoon at Moonshine Meadery and got to taste a whole bunch of meads.

    I loved the Apple, the guava chilli and the kokum meads. Wonderful flavour profiles.

    Had taken dad and brother along for the tour and they liked completely different meads which made me realise these guys have a mead flavour for everyone.

    Rohan hosted us and walked us through their journey of starting the business and how mead is made from scratch.

    An afternoon well spent and something that l I’ll be picking up regularly when I am Dorabjees or Nature’s basket.

    Awesome and tasty street food
    I have tried the local and international cuisines their.
    As phenatical about street food my experience was 9/10.

    Fishy Business
    Fish and seafood markets are the same the world over and Shivaji Market in Pune Cantt is no different.
    Dating back to the time of the British in India it seems to stuck in that period with crowded stalls and vendors.
    It’s popularity can be gauged by the decibel level, quick turnover and the crush of customers.
    They are probably already visualising fish curry and rice on the Sunday table…

    Good tour
    The tour was good. Although I am the only participant, they were still willing to conduct the tour. The tour gave me big picture of Pune’s food. Vikash, is a really good guide. He understands and explain to me patiently about the food. Would recommend this tour to anyone that wants to know about Pune’s food
