Good place to visit. Especially in evening to see sunset and sunrise. Horse riding people harass like anything. Just tell them I came from near by Satara.. Don't need ride...

It is indeed the most breathtaking view we get of the river, mountains and the deep valley. The parking place gets inadequate as the vehicles start pouring in the morning. In the rains the parking gets muddy. There are a lot of options for the kids to get engaged in horse riding, pics on the motor cycle with small eateries for snacks. Many different views of nature's blissful manifestations are available.

Truly amazing place where mountains on both sides, undisturbed meadow, lush and exotic greenery. More you travel towards the village nature becomes more and more picturesque.

This was near our hotel so we went walking in the morning. It was relaxing.

There are some dogs in the area so would recommend to go by car to the top or keep a stick just in case.

View from the road and the top was beautiful.

Harrison's Folly is a small table top adjacent to highway just before Panchgani.
You need to pay Entry to some Local guys sitting there.

Camel Ride, Horse Ride and Rotating cam for Video is available and its fun to get recorded on the revolving camera.

Overall a good stopover while Driving towards Panchgani and Mahableshwar.

It's more of a sunset point. Visit in the evening to watch the setting sun and enjoy some cool street food here. You have delicious chats available here. Views of Sahyadri hills and Koyana valley from here is simply amazing.

If you are explorer and want to try something new then i would suggest to experience the Sherbaug Tent style stay at Panchgani. Its neat and clean place had camp fire. Not that good option for rainy season. Out side foods are not allowed. Free Breakfast facility is available rest everything is chargeable. For adventurous experience one time visit is must but during favorable climate. Happy Stay!

Morni fort is one of the oldest forts. The fort is still very beautiful, Government has taken some precautions. But still people throw pan masala and all in the walls. I love old architecture. a must visit site
