Kence (owner) is very knowledgeable and always customized our tours to suit our requirements! He is also easy to communicate with and was available at time time during our stay.
We loved the houseboat experience very much (especially our kids who were riding for the first time!). An added bonus for us was the mansoons, which made it even more special. I must also mention the houseboat captain Rajesh who at times went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. - like arranging for food at 10 PM for our little one or getting us umbrellas to stroll through the island rest stop in the evening. - Kavitha NairKottayam, India2 contributionsWould like to thank My Holiday Club and team to make our trip safe and memorable one. We had being to Kumarakom, Munnar and had an awesome experience. Good food, pleasant stay good people to guide and take us around the place.
The Holiday club team made it a point to check about our safety and our comfort by calling us twice in a day. A gesture to be appreciated. One should definitely visit Gods own country in a lifetime.
We had contacted them in the MHC, Chennai office first, They have an office in Kerala also. So the team was Superrrrrr.
