- GlobeDiariesBengaluru, India797 contributionsCharming cafe with a vibrant ambiance. We visited this cafe one afternoon on our family trip to Kochi and were pretty impressed by the ambiance, food and decor.
Place was full, however we were promptly accommodated by the team.
The layout is gorgeous and as you keep walking inside you notice the art that this place has displayed which is definitely worth a look!
Food was fresh, tasty and hearty. We tried their watermelon and feta cheese salad, along with wraps and sandwiches which were really yum!
They also serve a great variety of refreshing non alcoholic beverages and we liked all the ones we tried.

I love it for its "rolling with the waves " experience, even without knowing how to swim. With the water level up to my shoulder and my feet still firm on the ground, I can feel the formation of the tide and of course the pink sunset. Mr Samadh, our guide, companion and friend was a sheer delight to be with as we navigated through Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppey - He has been a constant source of information, one of the most humble and thoughtful human beings when it came to assisting our special needs son. We are truly grateful to him and Kochi 24x7 for a memorable kerela holiday- wouldn’t have been the same without him!

The class was very hands on - we will definitely make some of the recipes we learned. - MarkoSlovenia2 contributionsMaria is a very experienced cook and a great and patient teacher, she not only tells you what to do and what to put in the dish, but she explains the purpose of each ingredient, its effect on the dish, how much to use and how to adjust the ratio between the ingredients (she gives you a base recepie for different Indian dishes), why to use them, the reason and the effect of each ingredient, she also explains how to adjust the amount of ingredients. The whole course was very relaxed and fun. Moncy was extremely helpful in understanding my tour plans and quoting me a competitive price. The car was well looked after - clean and comfortable and the drivers were all courteous and polite.
I paid the price quoted by Moncy.
During our trip, there was a slight issue and Moncy immediately provided us with a replacement car & driver and came to see us in the hotel we were staying in Munnar.
I would highly recommend his services, especially those travelling from Europe. I asked for a quote in Munnar for a local taxi service & it was 5x more expensive so booking a tour service like Green Kerala Cabs is a must for those who want a packaged tour.
Moncy is a wonderful man and it’s evident that he’s been recommended by so many people on Tripadvisor. This was actually a magnificent experience. I been to Cherai Beach with my family, me & wife both tried a full body massage and it was beyond our expectations. A well maintained centre with immaculate rooms and bathrooms. We met their doctor and he explained the basics of Ayurveda to us and also the benefits of different treatments available. The therapists are highly experienced and they make sure you get the best, confirmed whether need high pressure or medium. It was my fourth time trying Ayurveda massage and first for my wife, we both feel same to have it again.
W will return here for having this wonderful service again. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Ish2 contributionsMy friend and I visited Kerela for the New Years and did a road trip to various locations in our 6 day trip (Munnar, Allepy, Varkala & Trivendrum). We had a great experience with our driver Suneesh from Monsoon Taxi. The car was well maintained & in great condition. Our driver also acted as our guide, took us around, recommended places to visit and was very friendly. He even helped us converse with locals and made us try local delicacies as we toured around Kerela with him.
The pricing for Monsoon cab service is also very reasonable and they spoke our language (english & hindi). I would absolutely recommend using their service if you ever visit Kerela.

He has been guiding us well throughout the trip. The hotels were also well curated except the Hindustan Beach Retreat, which is in quite pathetic condition and very tattered and unhygienic. I will request not to suggest any hotel to customers without proper verification and check of quality standards of hotels.

We were able to adjust the trip to our exact wishes - we had a package with a driver and accommodation from Kochi to Thekaddy and Alleppey. Everything worked out perfectly, we had a great driver that also helped us a lot in organising our activites in Thekaddy and all of the accommodations were simply beautiful. It's great to have locals helping you out beforehand and during the trip. The booking progress was also very smooth and replies were always prompt.
