He understands English, Hindi and local Malayalam. We went from Kovlam to Varkala to Kumarkon to Thekkady to Munnar to Kochi in cab. Rakesh did the job for guide for this entire travel. He took us to all tourist places and helped us to interact with Local people. He was a great help for us in entire trip.
Kochi taxi cab was good and clean. We booked Ertiga for our trip. This cab was economical of all cabs I searched in Google.

Our travel experience will be incomplete without mentioning our travel companion and guide Mr Abdul Kareem
He is a truly gentleman, very courteous and very knowledgeable person. He is aware every nooks and corner of the road, efficiently guided us entire tour.
He is very punctual and everytime ready whenever we ask for. The cab was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A truly amazing and nice person. His friendly gesture and humble behaviour and supportive nature will be remembered always, specially his willingness and action goes beyond his duties.

The booking process was seamless and transparent, with instant confirmation after making the advance payment. The driver's details were shared a day prior to the trip, and they were extremely helpful in covering all the sightseeing spots.
We opted for the ultra-luxury tempo traveller, which exceeded our expectations. The vehicle was immaculate, with comfortable seats, functioning AC, and a working TV. Our overall journey was incredibly smooth and comfortable. - Bhavna TCoventry, UK357 contributionsI used Kerala Taxis for a recent trip to Madurai, Rameshwaram, Dhanush Kodi and Kanyakumari. We were provided with a driver Arjun who was absolutely brilliant. Arjun joined us from Madurai and stayed with us for 4 days. He has been one of the best drivers we have had in all of the tours I have done in India. Arjun was kind, considerate, honest and knowledgeable. He was an ultra safe driver and quickly understood our needs. My next trip for South India, I will definitely be requesting the same driver without a doubt.
Ajay from Kerala Taxis was quick and efficient. He was a god send as my normal agent was delaying giving me a quote after constant chasing, so I contacted Kerala tours literally two weeks before we were flying out to India and he sorted out a quote on the same day and provided me with some options around tour guides. Once agreed I paid a small deposit and then from there everything was smooth sailing and there was great communication throughout.

We had an evening pickup and needed the driver for two nights / three days.
Although there was initially some confusion over which terminal we were waiting at, Vijeesh arrived. For the next two and a half days, Vijeesh was absolutely fantastic! Although his English is limited and my Malayalam is non-existent, we managed to communicate and he took us everywhere we wanted to go. We made a photo stop at a waterfall on the way to Munnar, he took us to a tea factory/ museum in Munnar, he recommended an evening Kalaripayattu show at Punarjani village (which we didn’t even know about, but managed to get last-minute tickets, as we were passing), and he took us, on day 3, down to Kumarakom, where we said goodbye. The company, their communication beforehand, and especially Vijeesh, made the first three days of our holiday an absolute delight, taking away any stress of organising separate taxis.

Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Ish3 contributionsMy friend and I visited Kerela for the New Years and did a road trip to various locations in our 6 day trip (Munnar, Allepy, Varkala & Trivendrum). We had a great experience with our driver Suneesh from Monsoon Taxi. The car was well maintained & in great condition. Our driver also acted as our guide, took us around, recommended places to visit and was very friendly. He even helped us converse with locals and made us try local delicacies as we toured around Kerela with him.
The pricing for Monsoon cab service is also very reasonable and they spoke our language (english & hindi). I would absolutely recommend using their service if you ever visit Kerela.

The company and their service are very professional and easy to communicate with. They informed us of the vehicle license plate and the driver details ahead of time and made sure the vehicle they sent could comfortably accommodate all of us and our luggage. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived. The price was competitive.
