Occasionally there are cultural events, but most of the time youngsters are playing football or cricket here. This huge complex having well equipped gym , large and clean swimming pool. with steam and sauna bath,Indoor shuttle badminton court , kick-boxing and Panchakarma are the additional features of FITNESSOUL..
I have taken the package of Gym and Swimming pool which is very reasonable compare to other clubs around Kochi. Special thanks to Manager Toffin , friendly and professional trainers Akhil & Shahul .

Rate of tickets is also affordable but the cleanliness is really poorly maintained.
