This huge complex having well equipped gym , large and clean swimming pool. with steam and sauna bath,Indoor shuttle badminton court , kick-boxing and Panchakarma are the additional features of FITNESSOUL..
I have taken the package of Gym and Swimming pool which is very reasonable compare to other clubs around Kochi. Special thanks to Manager Toffin , friendly and professional trainers Akhil & Shahul .

Chose the basic massage..this was our first time having ayurvedic massage..a whole different way of massaging i guess..very oily. And yes the lady did left the window open (refer to old review), i felt rather uncomfortable..i wished there were curtains at least.
