    Excellent yoga class followed by massage and facial.
    We had a fantastic private yoga class on a beautiful rooftop garden studio. This was then followed by a massage and facial. We left feeling very at peace! Highly recommend.

    AMAZING SPORTS CENTRE AT IT HUB WITH SMILING & FRIENDLY TRAINERS
    FITNESSOUL is sports complex located in the IT hub with close approximates to Novotel,Four point Sheraton and Olive hotel . This huge complex having well equipped gym , large and clean swimming pool. with steam and sauna bath,Indoor shuttle badminton court , kick-boxing and Panchakarma are the additional features of FITNESSOUL..
    I have taken the package of Gym and Swimming pool which is very reasonable compare to other clubs around Kochi. Special thanks to Manager Toffin , friendly and professional trainers Akhil & Shahul .

    Just okay
    We went here after recommended by our host.. he said it was also in Lonely Planet. Chose the basic massage..this was our first time having ayurvedic massage..a whole different way of massaging i guess..very oily. And yes the lady did left the window open (refer to old review), i felt rather uncomfortable..i wished there were curtains at least. Just an okay for me.
