They were extremely accommodating- we had two dive masters and one discover scuba/mini course and they ensured we all got to dive together on the last dive! The dive sites were INCREDIBLE and the enthusiasm from the staff made it even more exciting. Junior was the best guide and instructor, highly recommend! Andres and his team are all highly professional and their mission for adaptive dive opportunities and coral restoration afford you the opportunity to give to a great cause while having a great diving experience. She explained the geography and history of everywhere we visited. A pleasure to spend the day with! The team were all very responsive from start to finish, and sent us plenty of boat options to choose from of different sizes and pricing. We chose the perfect boat for a group of 8 girls, we couldn’t have been happier with our selection there was plenty of room on Mr. Joe. The day of we met a team member at the Marina who helped us get settled on our boat and offered recommendations. Our Captain and Host took great care of us the entire day, and suggested going to Cholon, where we had a great time meeting other boats and swimming around the chest high water. Also, the school has amazing trips to la Guajira, Rosario Islands & Salinas del Rey.

- Jon LMiami Beach, FL13 contributionsLuxury Sailing is a wonderful and relatively inexpensive way to explore the islands and beaches outside of Cartagena. We rented a 44’ comfortable boat and the very professional Alejandra set us up with an excellent captain and mate.
We started with a 40 minute ride to Cholon, a cute island with about a dozen other boats partying nearby and people in the water, socially distanced but still having a good time. Good vibes all around, but the guys selling food and trinkets were absolutely relentless.
Followed that up with a stop at Playa Blanca which was beach-rustic gorgeous, with colorful hostels, perfect sand, shallow clear water and a number of quiet outdoor bars. It’s a great walk from one end to the other, about 1.5 miles of beachfront.
Our trip ended with an hour-long slow sunset tour of the bay around BocaGrande, which was a perfect ending to a wonderful day.
Tips: The boats speakers connect via Bluetooth, bring your playlist!
Boat also has a cooler to store drinks and food. Both Cholon and Playa Blanca had food and drink options but it’s a 40 minute ride to get started.
Sunscreen is an absolute must. Bring it.

The boat is very clean and wonderfully spacious. The crew was amazing, catering to providing ice, filing our drinks, taking us to really special and private places around the islands, and always wearing a smile! They helped with lunch and the best part: you can hook up your music to the awesome sound system on board. I highly recommend this company as they were safe, responsible, and enjoyable! - Gerardo P1 contributionCartacho Paddle was a great experience and is 100% recommended. The team was very attentive and always thriving for us to have a good time. They explained very well all the steps and safety information. After a few attempts we were up the board and paddleling. I went with my wife and son and we had an awesome morning. Thanks to the coaches for taking us pictures and for making this an unique experience. - Leo M10 contributionsVery disrespectful, impolite, offensive and unprofessional by the captain and his partner to work in conjunction to record my wife dancing on the front of the boat in her bikini. The so called captain used his body to block my view so his partner which they told us it was his cousin be able to record but I was slicker than them. I got up and told my wife to sit down. I told them both to cut the trip short and take us back. They ended up dropping us off at a different dock than where we had originally left because they didn’t want me to report them which I did contact the person in charged with WHATSAPP and all I got was an apology.
