They actually full fill the promise, although they could do better. But they are very responsible and capable . The vehicles could not have been better! Lots of space, clean, and comfortable. He was so friendly and he didn’t even mind answering my zillion questions. He is very knowledgeable and the fact that he is a former teacher showed. He loves his city (Cartagena, Columbia) and if I ever find my way back there I will definitely give him a him a call. They are punctual, nice, informative and overall friendly people. We also done the bike tour with the owner operator Angel Duran who has the best sense of humor and personality around. The guides are awesome they’re passionate, super knowledgeable, and make every stop feel special. - FrequentFlier80771Antwerp, Belgium6 contributionsDo not book through this agency. They charge twice or thrice as much as the actual price with the tour operators! Plus they promise you all kind of stuff you don’t get! Instead you go to the overcrowded playa blanca, no beds included, you have to pay for all the drinks on the island although they said it was included, yo go to isla Cholon which is dirty and overcrowded. Rip-off. And the ride back is with a terrible bus! Worth 20 dollars at most. Beware!! True tourist-trap/scam. The Rosario islands are really worth it and the working colombians you get to see on the trip are great, but book in a different way!!
