- BBSF12345San Francisco, CA171 contributionsJulio and driver, Mathias, picked me up on time. Excellent driver and guide. Had wonderful tour of both Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar. Very different types of cities so be sure you see both.
They were very knowledgeable and polite. English was good. Answered all my questions. I forgot something I had purchased in their vehicle. When they discovered that, they brought it back to my hotel.
Julio even answered questions that I had after they dropped me off at hotel.

We were met on time at 6.30am from our hotel. Our driver Don Luis was very careful & we felt safe in his hands.
Our tour guide Alejandro was just delightful. He was extremely knowledgeable and delivered all the information about Valparaiso & Vina del Mar in such an interesting and engaging manner. He was also very personable and funny too! This all made for a wonderful day out!
My friends & I had a very enjoyable time.
Alejandro has been kind enough to share some of his amazing photos of beautiful Chile with us too!
We have fallen in love with Santiago & hope to return again!

We were being picked up on the tour from the cruise ship terminal, but they said they would drop us off at a hotel in town. I asked them what it would cost for a cab from the hotel to the ship and how long it would take to get back ...their nasty response was "I don't care about (giving you) the information you request" ...where do you want to be dropped off.!! Hardly someone who cares about their customers. And to make matters worse, we cancelled the tour one day after we made the booking, and 23 days before we scheduled to be on it, and they refused to give us our money back...despit the policy which clearly states "cancellations make within ONE DAY of the activity cannot be refunded. - suzanne h6 contributionsEverything ran just as expected. We were picked up at our home, driven very comfortably in a taxi to our destination drop off. We enjoyed seeing the sea lions and the fish market headed through town with a guided tour to a charming boat that took us to see the penguins, followed by the most delicious empanada lunch and paragliding adventure with the most beautiful views. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. We then drove to the sand dunes, and Jimmy gave us a personal sand boarding lesson, which was not difficult at all. Our taxi driver had waited for us the whole time and drove us back to our home. What a wonderful day. I highly highly recommend this trip Jimmie and Larissa made us feel like friends. I look forward to another one of their tours soon definitely five star day. - Beylka KOssining, NY24 contributionsI really enjoyed this tour and in particular our host Miguel. He had remarkable depth and breadth of knowledge. He was a great communicator and a welcoming representative of Chilean culture. Juan Carlos’ steady hand at the wheel inspired confidence.
There's so much to know about so many of the topics covered in the tour, I find myself wishing we'd had more time to delve into each. First we saw sea lions, than penguins, we had a nice boat ride, we had the best Empanades I ever tried so far at a very unique place. At the end we also did sand boarding which was a lot of fun.
