Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - sanjfxNottingham, UK28 contributionsWe visited the Aquaventure water park at the Atlantis Dubai on the 20th of July to celebrate my Mother’s 50th Birthday. I paid extra so she could swim with the dolphins and once booked, we made our way to the Dolphin Bay Area of the water park which is where the dolphins experience reception is located.
Upon arriving at the Dolphin experience reception we were warmly welcomed by Ressam! He was absolutely incredibly polite (acknowledging my mothers birthday), helpful (helping us to check in swiftly), informative (providing information on what to expect from the Dolphin experience) and very kind (offering us some fresh fruit and juice while we waited).
Of course you’d think that’s pretty much standard service in Dubai but then on top of this he showed a real genuine interest in striking up conversation with us, we loved his witty responses and jokes about knowing what it’s like “being the older child and younger child” out of the family.
He promptly directed us to the changing facility where he help us find the right sized wet suits before guiding us to the assembly room where we watched a safety video.
After the dolphin experience we saw Ressam again and the amazing customer service was just continuously flowing giving us tips and tricks about the park, where to eat like the barracuda snack bar and the best way to get on all the rides fast.
In conclusion. We came all the way from the UK to Dubai and Ressam went out of his way at any given chance to make sure my family and I had an absolutely fantastic time. It is now nearing the end of August and we are all still talking about his service. THANK YOU RESSAM and of course to all of his colleagues for a lovely time at the dolphins and water park!

And you can only see if the birds come close to you. Otherwise its very hard to take good photos. I was lucky I had taken very very closely but it also because of the rain before I went there. Water was under the observation hut. But I think it is impossible after april.
