    The heart of Dubai
    The creek is where it all began for Dubai and it remains a vibrant place to visit.

    There are bustling souks and lots of restaurants on either side of the creek and you can cross in an old style wooden abra for just one dirham.

    A must visit for visitors to Dubai.

    Must have experience
    Our whole family went on Water Canal Cruise. It was a fabulous experience. I will recommend others to must try this.

    Enjoy camping with ducks, birds and flamingos
    Visited for many times in winter to have a fresh air and go on a drive. Nice experience to camp and watch sunrise and sunset with the ducks, Birds and flamingo.
    A place that must visit with your friends and family in Winter in Dubai away from the city and crowded places and cars.

    Offbeat and beautiful
    While not known prominently to tourists, but a huge hit with locals, Love Lake is a beautiful lake in the middle of the desert, a good drive away from the city, wherein people camp overnight and enjoy the views early in the morning.

    Lovely place to visit alone, with family or friends.
    There are just so many good reasons to visit this venue.
    There is ample parking available and its free too.
    Its accessible easily with an SUV or a 4wheel or a bit of a bumpy drive in a sedan.
    The lake area is HUGE well maintained and allows pets (few places left like these).
    Its open 24 hours, they allow barbecue but no open camp fires, you can easily camp out in the green areas or the sand side too.
    They have swans, big fish in the lakes, lovely place to watch the sunset and rise.
    Avoid weekends as its fairly busy especially due to weather getting better now.
    No cafes, shops so carry basic stuff IF u plan to have a picnic but PLEASE clean up after u finish.
    Have a lovely time as we did.
