The menu is reasonable. The reception staff are warm and professional. Every time we go a welcome drink is swiftly served. A little chit chat makes the welcome personal.
The cinemas are cozy. Other moviegoers are respectful and quiet.

I was served by Anna during my last visit she was really polite and attentive. I almost forgot to request my dessert but she brought it to me some time after my main was served. The place was just right to have a pleasant movie night experience. However, only 2 closest rows to the screen were allocated to cheaper class of tickets: silver plus (AMD 40). - Alhasan91Jeddah, Saudi Arabia47 contributionsI went few times to roxy cinema as its one of the more common cinemain Dubai, we went to the roxy cinema in dubai mall which was a very nice experience, the movie had the 5D experience but we did not know about it till late and it was pricy about 150 Dirham. Second expwrience in La Mer beach where I experienced the dine in experience for 175 dirham and got a starter main and desert + the movie and a pillow and blanket, it was a great experience and I enjoyed it so much. I am regular customer in vox theatre in mirdif and gold in burjuman both are 10/10 However, my advice to vox simply send mystery shopper to gold burjuman and deira to see the massive difference?! From treatment of rude staff to pricing to strict behavior things and making it worse experience and no comparison with other premium vox. And when I told them how they treat in other branches mr aly and chriss insist in taking my number and complain about other branches for being helpful! That experience was really weird felt like gang members and tensioned they are clearly not happy in their job. Very neat and good environment as well as the mall is also very beautiful not much crowded. - Harshad DKozhikode, India86 contributionsThough most theme parks have adventure rides, here you do have rides but not adventurous. Hence seniors can enjoy. Shows are happening at different locations and with limited entry and hence if you travel with group, you get splitted. Some shows start when other shows are on the midway. So you are definitely bound to lose one or more shows. - Christine RCDubai, United Arab Emirates14 contributionsI booked a ticket online for a move for the day after... by mistake i took the day it was already, but the movie started already, I wanted to go the day after... When I called the customer service, they said that my mistake, as I didnt inform them before the start of the movie (impossible as I booked after) I coulnt be refunded.
So I paid again, and I went then on my second booking for this 4D experience, 3 persons were talking during the 3 hours movie and nobody told them to stop. The 4 D seats we were seating were making noise when they moved...
