- Adi ThomasDubai, United Arab Emirates2 contributionsMy friends and I opted for the Dark Room. Simple premise: walking into a horror themed escape room, where the lights are always off. You need to rely on all other senses, but sight!
It was exciting and they created an elaborate set of puzzles that really keep your on your feet, as if the horror element wasn't doing that already.
Martin, our game master, did a fantastic job of briefing us before our game, he is very likeable and bundle of joy. He got along well with our group and it enriched the experience all together.
I want to say he was really helpful in the game as well, but our group was clever! We solved the room with an impressive time. To which Martin said, It was exciting to watch us play.

We chose their "Jack the Ripper" room and the activity was really entertaining.

We were a family of four, with grown kids. Most of us had done an escape room before. So, we were more prepared and eager to start thinking outside the box.
Our briefing was excellent with a very personal young man. He offered us a few vague clues when we got stuck, but by no means spoon fed us any clues. We really did do teambuilding, yet individual tasks and I was amazed at each person's forte in the process.
We got out with 5:08 left to spare. Exhilarating! We couldn’t stop talking about it afterwards.
We really want to go back and do them all.

It also wasn’t crowded which was great, we got to take our time with the art. Challenge Chambers is the very first escape room game in Dubai. It is located in Sunset Mall. The games were a lot harder than the previous escape room games we've played. A great team building, fun way to play for teens and adults. There are 2 for 1 Entertainer vouchers for Challenge Chambers. The entire atmosphere and actors are so realistic you feel teleported to a horror movie. Truly the best escape room in Dubai. Highly recommend going along with friends to maximize the fun!
