In just a few hours we experienced a highly enjoyable blend of activities, from camel riding, sand-boarding, and dune driving, culminating in an evening's traditional entertainment in a desert camp, with fantastic food.
Our host for the day was Mohsin Pathan, Mohsin was extremely knowledgable, polite, understanding and a skilled desert driver. He looked after us superbly and told us many interesting things that really enhanced our trip. At all times he was responsive and supportive to the needs of our mixed age group which was reassuring and helpful. A really nice guy, who we would all recommend.

The food and shows were good and the quad bike, camel riding , sand boarding and smoking the bubble pipe Shisha all new experiences

Being in the desert was an experience and messy, but I loved every minute! I have more respect for models now, posing for pictures is hard work!

- LBSB19775 contributionsWe had hotel pick-up, followed by an 8 am hour drive to our photos in the sand. We skipped the quad as we were excited to take our photos. After a thrilling drive over sand dunes - we stopped in the middle - to take photos. Given perfect privacy we changed into our flying dresses. One size fits most - but the colors were awesome. Posing in the sand is no joke -but Alex gave directions and waited until we were camera ready😀. Our driver Iltaf, explained how Dubai grew, chose our location, helped our dresses to fly and took extra photos and videos of our group shots. Now we do not have our photos today as they are coming to our email - but we had an absolute ball taking photos. On to the camels for more photos. Traffic was Very heavy coming back- more than 90 minutes.
