I would like to thank Sou for the wonderful massage, thanks to her I came out of the spa relaxed and no more back pain!
I've been to many spas, but I felt an incredible sense of well-being when I left!
Go ahead and ask for Sou!

I live in Cayan Tower so the spa is a major plus to living here. The service is wonderful. Everyone on staff is very polite. Very helpful. Such amazing people. Kim is excellent! Massages and facials are done catering to each individual need. The facilities are very nice. Icon's coffee cafe is on the same floor. Danish and the staff are so welcoming and make each visit so relaxing.
A great way to spend the day!

I attended before Bikram Yoga constantly in the US for 3 months and that was my first time to attend Bikram Yoga in Dubai.

They have no standards, instructors are crap, they do speak too fast and unclear. The instructor actually have the guts to tell participants that it is normal for people not to get what they are saying because it is a lot of instructions, however by frequent attendance, hopefully people will be able to understand what they are saying.

I attended so far 2 classes with 2 different Korean instructors, you would need a translator to get what they are saying LOL. You would be relying on coping those standing at the front row and keep your finger crossed that they are doing the postures correctly because forget about any kind of coaching or guidance (progression is out of question).

They don't have the proper flooring at the studio (it should be anti slipping and resilient), for humidity controlling they don't have the proper systems instead they attached to the walls 2 external humidifier. The atmosphere feels so weird in the room and it feels more like warm yoga not proper Bikram Yoga.

Locker rooms has no air ventilation or what soever. So after having a shower, you will see all the mirrors in the locker room covered in steam and you will be sweating like crazy. First time I thought it is because my body was cooling down and the locker room was crowded. Then today I was at the locker room with one more lady. I waited for 30 minutes before I get dressed but I was still sweating then when I went out to the reception, I realised there was no air at the locker room.

If you are a traveller and tried Bikram Yoga outside Dubai, you will spot the different immediately. The only so far proper equipped Bikram Yoga Studio in Dubai is Bay Yoga in business bay. I will attend their sessions and will leave my feedback.

Go to RawrYoga, if you are looking for somewhere nice to have coffee and snack after your class and have a bit of chat. However if you are serious about Yoga, if you want to see progress, if you want to learn more about flexibility and how to advance yourself, don't waste your time and money and look somewhere else.
