    I love the gymnation Al Quoz
    The gym is amazing especially the staffs
    especially jilli, Aya. More over the machines are amazing 🤩. You will like the facilities in the gym definitely recommendable.

    I been in nailology for a manicure and they succeed all the expectations, Nana is the best nail technician in all Dubai I can say!!! Taking care off all details, polite, friendly and very professional. Highly recommended .

    Best massage in Dubai
    I’m a regular customer, and finally decided to write a review. Well, the spa is has amazing facilities! Beautiful pool, steam and sauna. However the reason why I’m keep coming back is Rosarin! She does excellent massage! Very caring and paying attention to details. What o got impressed with is that from the first visit she asked what I want (simple right) she listened and she remembered that! Each time I come I simply enjoy and she is taking care of the rest. And trust me I’m not an easy customer. But she found the way! Thank you! Will keep coming back.

    B/Attitude made me feel so good!
    I was feeling bit run down and tired during my stay and decided to get a steam bath and a massage. The sauna and steam bath was an excellent space to get relaxed and enjoy before my massage. After relaxing in the sauna I had the most amazing massage with Puji. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me feel like I was floating on a cloud. I will definitely be back to enjoy your spa and hopefully I will be lucky enough to have Puji as a masseuse.

    Best workout on Marina
    I was in work out for chest and AB’s. The trainer was excellent. He motivated very good. Also I liked the gym. All clean and nice. In bar good cocktails after training

    Hardcore workout!!
    From the website I expected the venue to be a "spit and sawdust" kind of place. I was very pleasantly surprised by how bright, airy and clean it is. It feels a lot more like a boutique boxing venue.
    Expect an intense workout and shaking muscles mixed in with hip hop music to really get you in the zone. Morning classes tend to have smaller group sizes so are slightly better for beginners needing more attention.
    You can purchase water/hand wraps/gloves on site (to own). There are also gloves available for use free of charge. Bring a towel with you.

    I rate 5 star. Very good experience.therapist is very professional and all the staff are very friendly.this is the best spa in very good location.I found very good and clean rooms.music was very good.I relaxed a lot and I will visit again this spa.
