The short story is they could have taken our money and gave us a tour but instead chose to be honest with us about the fact by the time we got to our destination and actually got in the air it was going to be dark and not the experience we were expecting. We were with the driver ready to be picked up so we’ll into there process. I was just very grateful and impressed that they were honest rather than just getting us in the air. - JoshiewoshieToronto399 contributionsI just walked up and did it, so I didn't have time to be nervous. I was paired with Marco, who made the experience fun as well as thrilling. After the initial shock of being in the air, the experience is actually quite serene. The Malecon de Miraflores is such a unique space where the sea meets the city. I was a bit nervous as it was my first-time paragliding but he made the trip so enjoyable for me. He has been doing this for so long! and you can tell. The trip included a video from the GoPro. We also joined the group for a nearby lunch to get a very good, traditional Peruvian lunch.

They then told us that tourismoi don’t pay their operators and they wouldn’t be doing our tour. No communication whatsoever from tourismoi, not even an email saying they wouldn’t be fulfilling their tour. That we paid for. They are not responding to emails, WhatsApp or anything. As far as we are concerned they are thieves who take your money and don’t provide the service you’ve paid for. - Michael RBoston, MA33 contributionsIf you ever had the urge to paraglide do it here! The tandem paragliding with your guide will put you at ease within seconds of takeoff. (A special shout out to my guide Enrique)! The guided glides takes you along the cliffs, ocean and waterfront of Miraflores providing really spectacular views! This is a ten minute ride you will never regret taking and that will give you a lifetime memory. Autana paragliding also provided us a personalized recording of our glide which we quickly uploaded when we returned to out hotel. This was a very professional, well run company. The package will include a video and from there you will get the pics you want. The experience was incredible and if is a cloudy day in Lima, they will take care of you.
