Puzzles are fairly straightforward: we didn't spend much time in the hated "what are we supposed to do now?" zone. We called the number on the website, a man answered the call and confirmed that the place was closed. I asked why they hadn't updated the website and let him know that we had received one confirmation email and one email reminding us of our reservation, he said that those were automatic emails. We didn't have much expectations going in as they don't have as many reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very well designed, and definitely one of the best ones we've done. From the puzzles, to the props, a lot of thought was put into how everything flowed together.
For tourists like ourselves, it may be tough to book online. I suggest making a reservation online, and then messaging them on Facebook to coordinate payment (You're originally supposed to make a deposit). It's also in a residential neighborhood, where they converted part of a house -- so be sure to use Google Maps!

They then told us that tourismoi don’t pay their operators and they wouldn’t be doing our tour. No communication whatsoever from tourismoi, not even an email saying they wouldn’t be fulfilling their tour. That we paid for. They are not responding to emails, WhatsApp or anything. As far as we are concerned they are thieves who take your money and don’t provide the service you’ve paid for. - Donna LBronx, NY4 contributionsWe had the great pleasure to travel with Dev Guleria on a recent trip to India. He was an absolutely amazing and outstanding tour guide. We traveled with a small group with lots of different personalities and needs. Dev did a miraculous job of managing everyone's needs with good humor and responsibility. He was kind and understanding and always said Yes to any request. Dev is so knowledgeable about India. His English is impeccable and so easy to understand and he is sensitive to the needs and expectations of Western travelers, especially Americans. We have traveled worldwide with many tour leaders and Dev stands heads and shoulders above everyone else. We could not recommend him more highly.
