    Guiding Galapagos Expeditions - Amazing and Professional Tour Team!
    Working with the team from Guiding Galapagos Expeditions was amazing. The owners Yazmany and Stephanie are wonderful people. Their staff is well trained and professional. We actually did five different tours with them and their coordination of the events was terrific. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome adventure!!

    Amazing Day Trip to Bartolome
    We always wanted to go to Bartolome and this day trip did not disappoint. The pickup was at our hotel even though Hotel Cucuve (which was awesome) was not listed as a pick up destination. There were about 20 people on the boat and there was plenty of space for everyone. On the trip over we saw rays, sharks, turtles, some one saw a whale shark. Once on the island, it is a step climb to take the iconic photo so be prepared for that! After the photos we took a smaller boat to shore to swim and snorkel and on the way we saw a penguin. Swimming on the beach was just as amazing as taking the photos. One the way back we had a very nice dinner. This was a truly remarkable experience and I would take this day trip again.

    Great experience
    We had a great day and saw alot of different animals. We managed to spot sea horses but you had to dive down a few meters to see them. One of our guides was really good in spotting them and pointing them out. Already on the boat trip to the tunnels we spotted sharks, turtles and rays. The most amazing part were the huge turtles which just grased in the water while we could observe them. We also saw some sleeping sharks (again spotted by our guide). Our guide also managed to take some amazing pictures. A perfekt day.

    Excellent tour and a great time saver!
    Great tour. After taking several planes to get to Baltra airport, it was nice not to be thinking about how to get to the hotel. We also appreciated the amount of time we saved by visiting the space where the giant tortoises live. The guide was amazing. The visit to the tunnel was also very interesting. We really enjoyed the tour.

    An All-inclusive Experience
    All-inclusive snorkeling experience. Once we boarded the boat, our feet didn't touch the ground. Everything was taken care of. Much better than piecing together your own excursion which is pay-as-you-go. Boat was better, guides were better and saw us through till we were back on the dock. Definitely worth it!!

    Amazing wildlife and great overview
    We really enjoyed this tour. We had the chance to snorkel and saw a shark laying in the sand and a sea turtle swimming and coming up for air, not to mention all the beautiful fish. This was also our first sighting of the blue-footed boobies and frigatebirds. The bay tour is a standard trip here, and having English translations was super helpful.

    There is no better
    All of the staff we worked with from Guiding Galapagos was top notch. They were very helpful. Omar helped us so much with navigating the ferries and questions we had. I forget the young blonde girl’s name that had helped us book a last minute excursion for my husbands birthday but I owe our great experience to her. She listened and recommended a tour that was perfect for us and jumped through hoops to get us in last minute. Thanks for a great time!

    Astrid was the best
    We booked late and our guide Astrid was extremely accommodating and gave a superb tour! She was extremely knowledgeable and well spoken. We were able to see and learn about everything we wanted to and she even took some incredible photos for us. We were able to do everything quickly since we were pressed for time and even got a great dinner recommendation. I highly recommend anyone staying in Santa Cruz to take this tour.

    Pretty Chill
    Let's just say I didn't want to go home. Stayed in San Cristobal. Nice small beach town with a Malecon. Plenty of eating choices. The local downtown is just a few blocks up the hill. It helps to at least speak survival Spanish. Got a very professional haircut for $5. U.S currency used here and in Ecuador. That means higher prices than most latin countries.
    The surroundings and wildlife are, of course, world class. A $4 dollar taxi ride gets you to a beach where you can snorkel (ok) and see some fish, Mostly it's swimming with turtles and sea lions. You don't need my photos. Internet search it.
    In closing, it's a shame/blessing you can only stay 2 months. Rents are low.
    It's such a chill place. Slow pace. No crime. Everyone should visit once.

    Tortuga Boat tour of Tintoreras
    This was a great value shorter tour. We were taken by boat to Tintorera Islet, then guided around there by local guide Fernando (knowledgeable guide who speaks good English). He showed us the wildlife including a large number of white tipped sharks in the channel, a kindergarten (and several 'messes') of iguanas, sea lions and a blue footed and nascar booby. Then we snorkelled for around 45 minutes including through the shark channel using their equipment. We swam with sea lions, sea turtles and the sharks. Amazing!! And thanks to Fernando and the boat guys Manuel and Ivan, it all felt very safe. It's a great length - not so long in the water you get cold ( I was in a short wetsuit) but long enough to see a lot of wildlife - I would highly recommend this tour. Definitely one to remember.

    Fantastic day trip to North Seymour
    We had a wonderful day. Nice small yacht which was safe and roomy with safety briefing. We went to the island and had a private guide seeing frigates, boobies, iguanas and sea lions. We have a surprisingly wonderful lunch of grilled fish and then snorkeling. Diego the guide led us to the best sites and a sea turtle. This was on of the best days in the Galapagos and would highly recommend. The local tour company also communicated with me for any questions prior to the trip.

    Great way to snorkel at several spots around San Cristobal
    I'm not sure if I actually went on this tour with BM Tours SA - as the person who was supposed to meet me never showed up. Another tour operator from Andry Tours looked at my voucher and said they would take me since they are all "a family." I actually ended up with a completely different group - so this review is really for Andry Tours and whatever agency they connected me with.

    That said. The tour was very enjoyable. Our guide, John, was very knowledgeable and helped us to see sea lions, sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, and hammerhead sharks (from a distance). The three snorkeling spots were full of marine wildlife.

    Note to those considering this trip, depending on the boat and the season, the water can be extremely rough. Even some of those who never get seasick were feeling quesy. Keep in mind for those who get easily seasick, you might spend about 1/4 of the time - the portion of the day in the roughest waters - feeling pretty bad without dramamine, etc.

    It was the best moment in Galapagos.
    I can't swim. But if you wear a life jacket and a snorkeling mask, it's no problem at all. Yazmany helped everyone enjoy snorkeling. I was able to see many sea turtles in Floreana. There were so many. It was the best moment in Galapagos. I will never forget!!
