- Nicole B11 contributionsThey have everything arranged for you so you do not have to think at all! We were met by the first guide on Santa Cruz at the shop and he walked us to the pier and even made sure we made it from the water taxi to the proper boat. If we tried to do it on our own it looked very confusing which boat you are suppose to take for which island and not that many people speak English to help. Once we arrived on the island we were met with our tour guide who explained the whole day and stayed with us from each activity to the next. Overall the way the tour was set up was perfect. It is a great way to see Isabela island when you don’t have enough time to move from island to island like us. - M WPoland17 contributionsGuiding Galapagos organised for our group - two families - entire private program during our short 4 nights island-based trip to Galapagos. They were very flexible as we preferred to book hotels on our own. GG organised all Excursions, local transportation, inter island ferry, Guides, boat Expeditions and snorkeling equipment. All our guides were just great and everything was perfelctly organised. GG picked us up at Baltra airport at arrival to Galapagos and took care of us until departure from San Cristobal airport. We had a coordinator at each island making sure that the progran goes smoothly.
We took various activities, including highland tour, Santa Fe Island and Hidden Beach and Tortuga Beach at Santa Cruz Island, as well as Kicker Rock tour at San Cristobal. We also had a great walk along San Cristobal cliffs with blue footed boobies spotting and visit to the interpretation centre. All our tours were great and each different. I think that you need to take several tours on each island to understand a bit how special Galapagos Islands are.
This was probably the best adventure that I ever had! Animals were increadibly close to us, interacting with us without any fear. I think that I was in paradise for a few days... You will not believe this if you dont go to Galapagos, and if you decide to go, I strongly recommend doing this with Guiding Galapagos. Great tours, knowable guides, good communication before, during and after the stay. - Larraine K38 contributionsWe went on the day boat Galaxy, a great choice as all the staff were so helpful , pointing out landmarks on the way. It took two hours to reach the island and then there is a climb up to the viewpoint , fantastic views but not an easy climb.

- Olivia S1 contributionDaniel was so helpful in helping my husband and I book our tours last minute! He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to visit all of the places we wanted to and he was so helpful with any questions we had. Our guide David for the San Cristobal tour helped my husband and I with our first snorkel experience on our trip. He helped make sure we were comfortable and able to see some sea turtles, fish and sea lions during our time in the water. We really enjoyed La Loberia beach! So beautiful!! We also did the day tour to Espanola where we had the most amazing day seeing blue footed boobies, albatrosses, and iguanas. After this exploration, we even enjoyed some snorkeling. The guide and crew were so great! Daniel was also super helpful in booking our ferry tickets to Santa Cruz where he gave us advice on independent activities we could do. Lastly, Daniel helped us book a kayaking tour on Isabella Island at Los Tintoreras where we kayaked with penguins, sting rays, sea lions, and turtles. We had the best trip thanks to Daniel and Guiding Galapagos!! - Penn J3 contributionsGreat value. Dive master was very attentive and safety conscious. Excellent team to assist in donning and checking gear. 2 dives. We had a group of 6. Saw schools of fish, hundreds. School of hammerheads (30-40), giant turtles, seals, tiger fish galore. I can't say enough wonderful things about the organization and care they put into making our once in a lifetime trip really special. They were patient and helpful every step of the way while we made and even changed our plans mid-trip. - Charlene B13 contributionsWe took the 8-day cruise of the Eastern Islands of the Galapagos. This is the best way to experience the flora, fauna, and sea life of the Galapagos! Small ship with world class chefs, exceptionally knowledgeable and patient guides, attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. All the way around, the Monserrat was excellent! We feel so fortunate to have had Javier Picaza as our guide for the entire cruise! We’re impressed with his knowledge, his ability to articulate what he knows about the flora, fauna, sea life, and geology of the Galapagos, his patience and sense of humor, his ability to find animals on land and in the sea and to explain their behaviors… Todos! - Maira C11 contributionsMy friends and I loved the tour. Cesar was so knowledgeable about everything. The wild life, plants and animals. You can tell he enjoys teaching people about Galápagos Island and all the beautiful things it has to offer. We loved the fact that we could see the tortoises and birds in their natural habitat. We could ask him what ever questions we had in mind and the lava tunnels were so cool.
Be sure to take long socks because of the fire ants, if you don’t have any they provide boots for you to wear so you don’t get bit. (The ants are nothing to be afraid of, I just got bit twice. It doesn’t hurt any more than a mosquito bite and it doesn’t swell or itch like mosquito bites either)
