The scenery along the way was absolutely breathtaking. We wound through rugged mountain passes and marveled at waterfalls and snow-capped peaks. While there were some bumpy parts over rough terrain, Axel's driving skills ensured that we felt safe and secure throughout the entire journey.
We had a wonderful time at the Chocolate House tasting some of the chocolate ice cream, then we had a relaxing two hours in the hot springs. We capped it all off with some delicious Chilean food and wine under the stars! We even learned about the constellations!
But what truly set this trip apart was Axel himself. Not only was he a skilled guide, but he was also a warm and engaging teaching us about his interests and things that were important to the region.

The guide Astrid is such a passionate, joyful and enthusiastic woman who explains very well the history of Chile and gives plenty of interesting facts. Doing a tour with “Tu Ruta es Chile” will be the highlight of your trip!
